Now that Elden Ring Nightreign’s network test is complete and some players have actually had a chance to experience the gameplay for themselves, it’s pretty clear that party balance is going to be incredibly important – maybe more than it should be. Combat in Nightreign is as challenging as any other FromSoft game, only slightly different due to the emphasis on cooperative multiplayer gameplay. After choosing from a handful of different playable characters, the game tosses players in the deep end to begin taking on enemies, exploring, and outrunning the encroaching rain.
