TWO Lotto players have bagged huge prizes in tonight’s draw – with one scooping an eye-watering sum in the top jackpot.
In total, over 55,000 players won prizes in the Lotto & Lotto Plus draws, but two in particular will be celebrating tonight.

One lucky punter managed to match all the numbers to win a whopping €2,274,988.
And the luck continues as a second punter managed to match five numbers plus the bonus number, scooping the prize of €108,809.
The numbers drawn in tonight’s main Lotto draw were: 2, 27, 28, 29, 38, and 44 and the bonus number pulled was 20.
There was no winner of the top prize in the Lotto Plus 1 draw.
The Lotto Plus One numbers were: 8, 11, 22, 26, 37 and 38.
The bonus number was 39.
There was also no winner of the top prize in the Lotto Plus 2 draw.
The Lotto Plus 2 numbers were: 1, 5, 13, 14, 16 and 20.
And the bonus number was 35.
There were 49 winners of the Raffle Prize with each receiving €500.

The winning raffle number in tonight’s Lotto draw was 2408.
The winners have been urged to check their tickets carefully, sign them immediately and keep it safe if it’s the winning ticket.
They have been urged to make contact with the prize claims team on 1800 666 222 or email claims@lottery.ie, and arrangements will be made for them to claim their top prize in Lottery HQ.
It comes after an Irish woman won her second big Lotto prize in eight years.
‘NOT BAD’
Ann Foley just turned 60, and it turned out to be a hugely memorable day.
While surrounded by family and friends at a surprise party, she was handed a small envelope.
Inside was a birthday card, along with a scratch card.
As she sat down to scratch it, she found that she had won €10, which she described as “not bad”.

She then set about exchanging it for a Bingo Multiplier scratch card in Walshe’s Shop and Main Street in Stoneyford.
As she scratched her second card, she was shocked to learn she bagged €50,000.
Eight years ago when she turned 52, she was given another scratch card as a present from her mother.
Back then, she also won €50,000 – creating a new sense of deja vu for her.
But even weirder were the similarities between both times – it was the same time of day, her son was in the shower and her husband David had called her on his way home from work.
Ann explained: “I was lost for words – I couldn’t believe that it had happened again!
“The fact that it all unfolded just like it did 8 years ago, almost spooked me out, but I wasn’t complaining!
“The last time I won, we were able to clear the remainder of our mortgage and tackle some home improvements that I had on the list, it really made such a difference to our lives.”
She cried: “Lightning really does strike twice”.
But she also brought it back to something simpler, as the whole situation reminded her of the joy that could be found in the most unexpected places.
This time, she hopes to use her winnings to get solar panels on her home, and cruise around the Caribbean islands with her husband.
