The Nintendo Switch 2 has built-in motion-control mouse features which would improve playing The Sims 4. The series was always PC-first, with console versions being an afterthought. The native controller input is rather unintuitive, requiring slower movement and strange input combinations. While it was possible to plug in a USB mouse and keyboard into the first Switch, the experience wasn’t always great. Some commands would not work and there could still be lag when using a mouse.
