WWE Chief Content Officer Paul “Triple H” Levesque has been in charge of WWE since the start of 2024. Under his regime, many superstars have thrived as top attractions for the sports entertainment juggernaut and taken their fame to the next level.
One of those superstars is the internet sensation, Logan Paul. The Maverick has been a box-office attraction for WWE since 2022. During his tenure, he has competed in top-tier matches and battled opponents such as the likes of Roman Reigns, Seth Rollins, and Rey Mysterio.
Moreover, Logan Paul is next set to compete in the 2025 Men’s Elimination Chamber match at the namesake PLE taking place on March 1st at the Rogers Centre in Toronto, Canada. Looking at his past chamber matches and a desire he has been open about, it seems that Triple H might grant his wish of ruining John Cena’s last appearance at the event.
What has Logan Paul’s history with the Elimination Chamber been?
Logan Paul competed against WWE Hall of Famer Rey Mysterio last week on RAW in a Men’s Elimination Chamber qualifying match. The Maverick took down Mysterio with his new finisher to win and advance to the match, entering a star-studded field comprising Seth Rollins, Drew McIntyre, Damien Priest, CM Punk, and John Cena.
In regard to Cena, he declared himself for the Elimination Chamber match, unlike qualifying like others as part of his farewell tour. However, Cena’s dreams of going to WrestleMania and challenging for his 17th World title might blow up in smoke at the hands of Logan Paul who just might get his wish granted.
Logan Paul has an interesting history with the Elimination Chamber for the last two years. In 2023, he was not a part of the match but entered the bout to cost Seth Rollins the match and then faced him at WrestleMania 39. The following year, he was a part of the match but was eliminated towards the end. Before he left, Paul attacked Randy Orton and cost him the match. This led to a triple-threat match between Logan Paul, Randy Orton, and Kevin Owens at WrestleMania 40.

A similar scenario could happen again thrice in a row, with Logan Paul’s target being John Cena this time. He could cost Cena the victory, much like he did to Orton last year. This could possibly set up a huge encounter between The Maverick and The Cenation Leader at WrestleMania 41 in Las Vegas, much like the trend he has had for the last two years.
Logan Paul has expressed his desire to face John Cena
In an interview before WrestleMania 39, Logan Paul stated on his podcast that he delivers exciting matches against top stars as he has done with many marquee names in the business. Moreover, witnessing his performance at WWE Crown Jewel against Roman Reigns before that, John Cena had posted his photo on his Instagram.
This led Logan Paul to react to the same. Moreover, he expressed his desire to battle Cena who he heard was looking for an opponent. He stated that a match between him and John Cena would break the internet and was a huge box office attraction.
While the match did not take place that year at WrestleMania, Triple H might grant Logan Paul his wish this year in Las Vegas. With both Paul and Cena part of the Elimination Chamber match, it will be interesting to see if WWE chooses to go this path and plant the seeds for their feud at the event.
