The brand was established to meet the growing demand for fresh dough pizzas.
The chain advertises pizzas which are “40% bigger and 50% more affordable” than those of competing outlets.
A statement on its website reads: “All our pizzas are made with quality ingredients and hand-crafted to give mouth-watering results.
“We knead the dough for 27 minutes then prove for two days to create the perfect fluffy dough with a golden crust. Add your choice from three special sauces and finish with your favourite toppings.”
Boss Pizza already has branches in Hamilton, Larkhall, Coatbridge, Clydebank and Dumbarton.
The chain plans to open five stores by late spring and 15 stores by the end of the year.
Ajmal Mushtaq, CEO of Boss Pizza, said: “We’re thrilled to celebrate the opening of our latest store.
“Every community we join plays a huge role in our success, and we’re committed to giving back and becoming a valued part of the community.
“We look forward to showcasing what has made Boss Pizza so popular to the people of Glasgow.”
Meanwhile, Leopardo Pizza, based at Glasgow Fort shopping centre, is to open a new location on the corner of West Nile Street and West George Street.
The pizzeria will offer “leopard-spotted” crusted Neo-Neapolitans, cooked in specialised Italian wood-burning ovens.
Bosses of Sugo and Paesano have also revealed several new Scottish venues are set to open under major expansion plans.
