THE pope has warned aides he may not survive the illness he is battling in hospital, and is preparing his legacy in case he dies.
Pope Francis was rushed to hospital last Friday, where he has stayed after “complications” were found with his respiratory infection.

Doctors have told him “in no uncertain terms he was at risk of dying”.
But now, the Pope fears he will not recover from the illness, and is rushing to tie up loose ends ahead of his successor.
