Peacock renewed Poker Face within a month of season 1’s conclusion in 2023, but there is still a lot of mystery surrounding Poker Face season 2. Created by Rian Johnson, Poker Face offered Natasha Lyonne the opportunity to play with a twist on the usual case-of-the-week detective show format, as her character, Charlie, has a preternatural ability to tell if someone is lying. The specifics of what’s next for walking lie-detector Charlie when Poker Face returns, however, remains to be seen.
