RTE High Road, Low Road viewers have all been left in stitches over Laura Fox and Brian Dowling’s “ludicrous” trip to Connecticut.
The hit travel show pairs top celebrities and sends them off to popular holiday destinations.

Although both celebrities are headed to the same location, they have very different experiences.
Each star is presented with an envelope: in one, is everything they need for a five-star holiday; inside the other, it’s the holiday from hell.
It’s the luck of the draw who gets what.
So as one is driven off in a limo to their luxurious five-star hotel, the other sets off to find the shuttle bus to their hostel.
They meet up several times on the trip to compare notes, and gloat.
On tonight’s episode, famous pals and popular radio hosts Brian Dowling and Laura Fox travelled to Connecticut.
On the high road, Laura drove in a limo to her luxurious five-star Madison Beach Hotel, which was located 15 minutes from the shores of Long Island Sound.
The picturesque suite cost a whopping €1,450 per night and boasted panoramic views of the ocean, two balconies and two queen sized beds.
And as she entered the jaw-dropping suite, Laura gushed: “This is the life! Oh my God, this is bigger than my apartment! This is all for me!”
On the low road, Brian took a shuttle bus for €2 to his 3-star holiday Baymont Inn which was 10 minutes from Yale University and cost €115 per night.
Walking into the accommodation, Brian was pleasantly surprised as he said: “I really thought it would be way worse, I’m quite happy.”
And after the pair both got a good night’s sleep in their respective hotel rooms, it was time to explore what Connecticut had to offer.
While Laura woke up to breakfast waiting for her on the sea view balcony, Brian enjoyed a self-service buffet.
As part of the low road experience, Brian was treated to a boat tour of Thimble Island, where he got to see some of the most breathtaking views the island had to offer.
HEART-RACING ADVENTURES
As the Big Brother star cruised along the coast, he swooned over the breathtaking mansions, calling them “bougie”.
Meanwhile, on the high road, Laura was brought on a thrilling off-road buggy experience through scenic woods.
The 32-year-old gushed: “I’m a total adrenaline junkie, this is the type of stuff I love to do on a holiday.”
The pair later met in person for an adrenaline-pumping activity as they enjoyed a Mystic Tree Trail.
‘CAN’T BELIEVE IT’
The duo were harnessed and sent to the top of a tree, where they had to cross multiple shaky bridges, zip lines, and branches to reach the other side.
At the top of the trail, Brian immediately squealed: “This is ludicrous! Why on Earth are we doing this?”
The TV star ended up screaming in fear for the majority of the obstacle which sent Laura into stitches of laughter.
Of course RTE viewers all flocked to social media to share their reaction to the famous pair’s trip.
Brian’s husband, Arthur Gourounlian wrote: “I still can’t believe you did this. Oh my God, who are you, and what have you done with my husband?”
Dee said: “Not for me, no way would I do that!”
Emily added: “I just love Brian and Laura together.”
While Deirdre remarked: “Ah this is deadly.”
