When PBS’ Miss Scarletreturned for its fifth season in early 2025, it was quite different from its predecessors, and now the cozy detective series has discovered a season 6. The British-American co-production was developed for the small screen by Rachel New, and follows Eliza Scarlet (Kate Phillips) who takes up her late father’s detective agency in the 1880s. Determined to crack cases and defy the strict social norms of the Victorian Era, Eliza teams up with an old friend from Scotland Yard to put her keen eye to the biggest mysteries of the day.
