LOVE Island star Shaughna Phillips has turned her back on the lip filler look for good, after she chose to have her fillers dissolved and embrace a more natural image.

The star, who has undergone an incredible image overhaul with 6 stone weight loss, took fans on her journey with her to remove the filler.
She shared a video on Instagram, as she wrote: “DISSOLVE MY LIPS WITH ME.
“I finally done it, I’m actually pleasantly shocked with how I feel about them, I’m calling that growth.”
In the clip, Shaughna can be seen visiting a clinic and being seen by an aesthetician to have her filler dissolved.
Afterwards she speaks to camera as she revealed: “This is the most natural I’ve been in a very long time.”
She added: “I’m trying to tell myself, or convince myself, that you don’t need these things to be pretty. You can be pretty without.”
She continued as she showed her lips once the swelling had subsided, and she revealed she thinks the lack of filler has made her “whole face look smaller”.
Fans have also commented on the video praising the decision, as one wrote: “Looks so much better, smile looks lovely.”
Another shared: “They look so much nicer without filler.”
The lip filler dissolving comes as last year the Love Island star was forced to defend her weight loss and deny accusations she was using Ozempic or a weight loss drug.
The accusations came after Shaugnha shared a before and after picture on Instagram, showing off her incredible new figure.
In an exclusive interview with The Sun, Shaughna said: “You can say I’m on whatever you want, it really doesn’t bother me.
“But my biggest concern is people will see I’ve lost weight, think that it’s Ozempic because that’s what people are commenting and try to get it because that’s what they think I’ve done when it genuinely isn’t.
“And I have absolutely no idea about the side effects or the cost but I don’t want people suffer horrible side effects or get into debt if it’s really expensive because they think it’s what I did.”
Shaughna – who is mum to one-year-old daughter Lucia – also confessed that the speculation about how she lose weight initially overshadowed the sense of pride she’d felt.
She said: “I put that picture up and I felt happy with myself and confident because I’d made the changes.
“But then you see the comments. Some said it was the way I was standing, some say they photo was edited. Others said ‘you’re still fat’. I can’t be both, so pick one.
“Some even said I’d had a gastric bypass – I’d love to know when I had the time to do that with a baby.”
She continued: “I thought, ‘why am I letting all these random peoples’ opinions get me so worked up?’ But it really does.”
