LONGFORD TOWN have appealed to stay away from their ground because of storm damage.
Footage on Friday showed that an exterior wall between seating behind the goal at the Strokestown Road end of the ground and the car park had collapsed.
There is also believed to be damage inside the stadium which is due to host their league opener against Bray Wanderers on Friday February 14.
In a statement, the club said: “The club wish to advise that our stadium suffered damage at the hands of Storm Éowyn last Friday morning.
“As a result of this, the ground is currently not safe and we advise people to please refrain from visiting Bishopsgate.
“A further update will be provided when necessary.”
