‘Tis the season for matching holiday pajamas! And while most families love twinning in Santa PJs or other holly-jolly jammies, the Kardashians are doing something a little different this year. (They’re nothing if not trend setters!) Kim Kardashian shared the cutest photos of her four kids in their matching ‘fits, and her eldest daughter North’s face revealed her typical pre-teen response to the look.
“Life lately,” the SKIMS founder captioned a post on Instagram on Monday. She’s posed in front of a fireplace with mom Kris Jenner and her kids North, 11, Saint, 8, Chicago, 6, and Psalm, 5, who she shares with ex Kanye West, in the black-and-white picture. The entire family is dressed in matching button-down pajamas covered in Kris’s smiling face — which is so iconic!
Everyone is smiling about the funny look honoring the family matriarch, except North. Her face is giving “my mom made me do this” vibes with her side-eye and straight mouth, and we can’t stop laughing. Hey, the fact that she’s in the PJs and in the photo is a win, honestly!
She shared more photos in the carousel and included another family photo at the end. This photo is in color, and North’s annoyed face is even clearer. You can tell she has that classic pre-teen attitude, and it’s so funny.
“Northie don’t like them Kris Jenner pj’s🤣🤣🤣🤣” one person commented. Someone else joked, “Where do I get them for my grandchildren?” New family photo trend, anyone?!
The Kardashians star loves having fun with her kids, but that doesn’t mean it’s easy to be a single mom since her divorce from West. Earlier this month, she opened up about parenting in an interview on Zoe Winkler’s What’s the Winkler podcast, where she said she’s received “judgment” for her thoughts on parenting and “feeling like sometimes you’re in this alone” despite having a “great support system.”
“But sometimes in the middle of the night,” she continued, “when they’re all sleeping in your bed kicking you and crying and waking up — it’s not something that I talk about a lot because I feel like there is always a lot of judgment or people always will jump to the, ‘Oh, but you have the resources to have nannies and to have help.’ And I just think that no matter what kind of help I have, I’m basically raising four kids by myself.”
And even though she may have more money and privilege than most other moms, that still doesn’t mean Kardashian can escape the exhausting pre-teen (and soon teenage!) years. It really goes to show how we’re all in this together!
