EMMA RADUCANU was in tears amid emotional scenes early in a disappointing defeat.
The Brit was upset to fall 2-0 down in the first set of her 6-7 4-6 loss against Karolina Muchova in the second round of the Dubai Tennis Championships.

And she took time to wipe away tears with her towel before resuming actions.

Raducanu had ended a run of four straight defeats in the first round.
She was delighted with that 6-4 6-2 defeat of Greece’s Maria Sakkari.
But she started less confidently against Muchova.
And after the World No. 150 looked distressed, her opponent appeared to gesture in support as the Czech 28-year-old prepared to serve.
Raducanu had been handed a wildcard for the event in the Middle East.
And after beating Sakkari. she was clearly relieved as well as thrilled to win.

She said: “I was really pleased with how I fought and competed against Maria.
“She’s a top player, been as high as three in the world. I’m just really proud of my performance.”
It was uncertain what exactly left Raducanu in tears against Muchova.
And although she tried to graft back into the last-64 contest, she went out in straight sets.
