FIREFIGHTERS are currently battling a blaze in an apartment in Co Dublin.
Emergency services rushed to the scene of the fire which is raging in an apartment on one of the upper floors in a complex in Tallaght, Co Dublin.
Dublin Fire Brigade members from Tallaght and Dolphins Barn are working together to tackle the fire.
Firefighters from Rathfarmham Station also attended the incident
Vast plumes of smoke have been seen billowing from the windows of the apartment.
Dublin Fire Brigade have warned the public that there will be traffic disruption around the Belgard Square area.
A spokesperson said: “Firefighters from Tallaght and Dolphins Barn are currently fighting an apartment fire in Tallaght.
“Expect delays around the Belgard Square area.”
