A remastered version of Days Gone was announced at the recent Sony State of Play showcase, finally giving the zombie adventure game a long-awaited fresh coat of paint for the PS5. Originally released back in 2019, DaysGone was a mixed bag for some of the industry’s most prominent critics, but the game was a hit among many players. Despite the positive reception from fans, a sequel to Days Gone was never greenlit, which has been an ongoing mystery for a lot of gamers.
