The American called it the “biggest achievement of my life” after a battle with addiction that left him barely able to walk.

Taking to Instagram, the three-time PGA Tour champion said: “Two years sober, biggest accomplishment of my life.

“I was barely physically able to walk into REHAB needing assistance from my sober coach as my body was shutting down.

“The first pic is of what I had to take twice a day to safely withdraw and the rest is of my time getting visits from my fam and the month after staying close to the rehab facility and the last few are pics over the last year.”

Kim played his first professional golf event with LIV after a 12-year hiatus from the sport and public facing life.

He had been apart of the Ryder Cup winning team in 2008 and recorded a Masters single-round record 11 birdies in 2009.

Kim underwent surgery on his left Achilles tendon in June 2012 before he vanished from the public eye.

Reports suggested he’d accepted an insurance-policy worth at least $10million (£7.9m) but which prevented him from playing tournament golf.

While details of what he did during his hiatus are unknown, in his post Kim spoke about how deep his pain had become, revealing how he had even considered ending his life “everyday across two decades”.

The LIV Golf star continued: “Not long before this moment I contemplated ending my life everyday for almost two decades even while playing @pgatour… when I was struggling with addiction and mental illness.

“This post isn’t to tell everyone to get sober but to people who are letting addiction ruin their lives as I did that you can turn your life around.

“Everyday I chose drugs and alcohol to numb the pain I felt no matter what happened in my professional life and I got so good at hiding it that I lost who I was.

“It’s f***ing hard playing majors making porta potty stops every few holes.”

Kim expressed his thanks to loved ones who helped him through to “give my life one last shot”.

He added: “With the support and encouragement during the rehab process of my daughter BELLA, my wife @emilybstanley, some amazing friends @scum13cool @christopherbarmstrong @crichlegal @themrkicks & MR T.H. and a few others I decided to give my life 1 last shot.

“In REHAB I found faith, self love, respect and purpose. I am not proud of who I was but I am today.

“One of the many things I realised is how grateful we all need to be for what we have now and to spend time with REAL friends because tomorrow is not guaranteed.

“I promised myself when I was in the ER for six days that I would do everything I could to make a difference to show my daughter that it’s never too late to keep trying.

“I am currently working on a few things that I know will change peoples lives including a website where I will be sharing both good and bad experiences that hopefully others struggling can learn from.

“I am so incredibly blessed for partners like @excrgolf @livgolf_league @bianchet_watches that believe and support my purpose is bigger than just golf but about helping others.

“Also just as importantly I wanna thank EVERYONE that supports me and my family.

“My journey is far from over some great golf is loading and my motto of one per cent better one day at a time is how I am going to live for the rest of my life. Lesssgetit.”

You're Not Alone

EVERY 90 minutes in the UK a life is lost to suicide

It doesn’t discriminate, touching the lives of people in every corner of society – from the homeless and unemployed to builders and doctors, reality stars and footballers.

It’s the biggest killer of people under the age of 35, more deadly than cancer and car crashes.

And men are three times more likely to take their own life than women.

Yet it’s rarely spoken of, a taboo that threatens to continue its deadly rampage unless we all stop and take notice, now.

That is why The Sun launched the You’re Not Alone campaign.

The aim is that by sharing practical advice, raising awareness and breaking down the barriers people face when talking about their mental health, we can all do our bit to help save lives.

Let’s all vow to ask for help when we need it, and listen out for others… You’re Not Alone.

If you, or anyone you know, needs help dealing with mental health problems, the following organisations provide support:

MAFS feud reignited as Tasha Jay appears to take aim at ex Paul AGAIN as new romance is revealed

A MARRIED At First Sight feud has reignited as Tasha Jay appeared to take aim at her ex Paul Liba again, as his new romance was revealed.

The Sun exclusively revealed on Monday that Paul had moved on from his relationship with Tasha with another member of the MAFS cast, Hannah Norburn.

Tasha referred to ‘begs’ in her response

But the new romance seems to have been news to Tasha, who took to Instagram with a series of veiled swipes on her Stories.

One message read: “B***h stop acting innocent before I tell you something you ain’t think I knew.”

A second message, posted alongside a string of rat emojis, added: “I’m bad at arguing I’d rather slap the f**k outta you actually.”

Now, in what appears to be another swipe at her ex, Tasha hit out at “begs” on her Instagram stories.

She was doing a Q&A with fans, when one person asked how much her life had changed since being on MAFS.

Tasha responded: “It’s changed in the sense of I now get incredible opportunities and meet inspirational people and the odd person may recognise me here and there.

“Also I have a platform to raise awareness for T1 Diabetes which is something I’ve always dreamed of.

“By my life will never change I would still rather spend the day at the farm with the kids than be a beg like some people.”

Tasha ended the comment with eye emojis and a laughing face.

The new romance is believed to be uncovered in an upcoming special reuniting the 2024 cast, which Hannah was a part of.

A source told The Sun on the new relationship: “They’ve been secretly sneaking out on dates for a while and wanted to keep things under wraps but it all came out at the reunion filming.

“Nothing stays secret in the world of MAFS because everyone knows everyone.”

Hannah posted her own message, set to Is this Real Love? by Ninezz which read: “Be the woman who booked the flight, took the risks, made the money and lived the life she wanted.”

Currently, neither Paul nor Hannah have made an official comment about their new relationship.

I was told to go to a public loo when I asked to breastfeed my tot at Greggs – they wouldn’t eat their lunch in a toilet

A HORRIFIED mum claims Greggs staff ”broke Equality law” by banning her from breastfeeding in store – telling her to do it in the TOILET instead.

Rebecca Reeve visited the Westwood Cross Greggs branch in Thanet, Kent, with her partner Jack Hinkley, 25, and her six-month-old Alfie Hinkley on February 16th.

But after forking out £16 on sandwiches, cakes and sausage rolls, the 23-year-old claims when she asked politely she was told by a male worker she couldn’t breastfeed her baby in-store.

When the carer disputed the worker’s reply, Rebecca claims he said their ”company policy” didn’t allow for breastfeeding in the store.

The mum-of-one claims she was even more shocked when they told her to go and feed her baby in the toilet or on the bench outside in the cold.

In the UK, breastfeeding in public is legal and protected by the Equality Act 2010 and it’s illegal to discriminate against someone for breastfeeding including asking them to stop or leave.

After wolfing down their food quickly, Rebecca says the trio walked to M&S where she was able to breastfeed her baby in public with no issue.

Horrified, Rebecca claims Greggs broke the law and is now sharing her experience to highlight how she was treated.

Greggs said they were ”very sorry” this happened and customers are welcome to breastfeed in their shops.

Rebecca, from Thanet, Kent, said: “After ordering my food, I said my baby needed feeding and asked if that was okay and he [the Greggs trainee worker] went to check.

“At this point, I wasn’t asking to breastfeed, I was just asking if it was okay to sit on the table.

“Another man came out and said I wasn’t allowed to do that. I said ‘do what?’ and he said ‘breastfeed in here’.

“He said it was their policy and told me I needed to do it in a public toilet or sit outside.

“I was very angry straight away. I wouldn’t eat my lunch in a public toilet and it made me feel disappointed in this day and age that they wanted me to feed my baby in here.

“Also, it was freezing outside. It made me feel that my baby didn’t matter to them.

“I was very embarrassed. I went and sat down with my partner and quickly ate our food.

“When I sat down, there was a female member of staff cleaning. I asked her if it was okay to breastfeed my baby as I thought her attitude might be a bit different.

What are the recommendations around breastfeeding?

The NHS recommends breastfeeding your baby exclusively (feeding them breast milk only) for the first six months, but it’s completely up to you to decide when you want to bring it to an end – and there’s really no right or wrong way to do it.

The NHS says weaning often happens gradually as your baby begins to eat more solid foods.

They note that solid food shouldn’t replace breast milk, as there is evidence to suggest breast milk helps a baby’s digestive system when processing solid food for the first time.

“Once they are eating solids, your baby will still need to have breast milk or formula as their main drink up to at least their first birthday,” recommends the NHS.

“Cows’ milk isn’t suitable as a main drink for babies under one, although it can be added to foods, such as mashed potatoes.”

You can also combine breastfeeding with formula, too and the NHS says “phasing out” of breastfeeding is often the easiest way.

For example, dropping one feed in the day or at night time.

After around a week, you can begin to think about dropping another.

“If your baby is younger than one year, you’ll need to replace the dropped breastfeed with a formula feed from a bottle or (if they are over six months) a cup or beaker, instead,” they say.

You can breastfeed for as long as you want, and while the NHS recommends breastfeeding your baby exclusively for the first six months, you shouldn’t feel like you cannot continue for longer.

The World Health Organization says: “Exclusive breastfeeding is recommended up to 6 months of age, with continued breastfeeding along with appropriate complementary foods up to two years of age or beyond.”

“She said ‘no sorry’ and said it was company policy and told me to go to a public toilet or the bench [outside]. It felt to me that they had been told to say this.”

Following the incident, Rebecca says she rang her mum upset who then phoned the Greggs store to complain and claims she was again told breastfeeding wasn’t allowed under their policy.

Since taking her complaint higher with Greggs, Rebecca says she has been issued a full apology from the firm’s head office and the company has opened up an investigation into the situation.

Rebecca said: “My mum said they had broken the law. At the time, I didn’t know there were laws around it.

“Breastfeeding in public is allowed in public so Greggs have broken the law.

“I don’t know if an apology can cut the fact that I couldn’t feed my son when he was hungry.

“It’s stressful as it is when you’re a new mum and you do feel vulnerable.

“If I had taken him to the toilet to feed him, what would that have made me look like as a mum? I would have looked like an awful mum.

“I was very angry and disappointed and it has put me off going back into this Greggs.”

Today [21/02], Rebecca is meeting with a regional branch manager to discuss the matter further and will be attending the store with other mums at the weekend to ”protest” against her treatment.

Rebecca said: “It’s not really a protest. It’s just a group of mums and we’re all going to go into the Greggs and sit and feed our babies, which we have the right to do and can’t be kicked out for it.

“We’re not doing it to badmouth the company or have signs and shouting, we’re just doing it to show this specific branch it is allowed.”

A Greggs spokesman said: “We are very sorry that this has happened – customers are welcome to breastfeed in our shops.

“We have been in close contact with the customer and, as a matter of urgency this week, have worked with our shop teams to ensure this does not happen again.”

The darts legend, 64, had previously indicated he would be willing to take on The Nuke in an exhibition match.

The Nuke is now 15 titles away from levelling Taylor’s remarkable haul[/caption]

Littler, 18, has a long way to go if he wants to emulate The Power’s remarkable record of 16 world titles.

The teenager won his first world crown last month after beating Michael van Gerwen 7-3 in the final at Ally Pally.

Taylor retired from pro competition in 2018 but since has played on the Senior Tour and in exhibition games.

He told talkSPORT last May: “I’d play [Littler] in an exhibition, yeah. One leg of 301, I go first!”

But The Power appears to have had a dramatic re-think after Littler became the youngest world champion of all time.

Asked if he would face Littler, Taylor told GB News: “No. Absolutely not!

“What’s that game where you got to push the blocks out? Jenga.

“He beat me at that! The little b******! He’s a lovely lad, though.”

Taylor fully retired from darts last year after undergoing hip surgery.

He has since taken up a punditry role with Pluto TV, providing expert analysis for the MODUS Super Series.

But The Power has admitted that if the sport goes to Saudi Arabia, then the immense finances could tempt him back.

Taylor has suggested PDC chairman Barry Hearn could be prepared to offer an eye-watering £10MILLION in prize money for the winner.

Speaking to talkSPORT, he said: “Would I come back?

“I would ask to be sent some darts and a dartboard, definitely.

Luke Littler prize money breakdown

Here is all the prize money Luke Littler has won so far after being crowned 2025 PDC World Darts Championship winner:

World Championship 2025 – £500,000

World Championship 2024 – £200,000

Grand Slam of Darts 2024 – £150,000

European Tour – £91,000

World Matchplay – £10,000

World Grand Prix – £7,500

European Championship – £7,500

(Unranked) Premier League Darts – £315,000

TOTAL: £1.43 million

“I think also, if it does go to Saudi Arabia, I wouldn’t put it past Barry – £10million for the winner.

“I think Saudi Arabia is that big of a sports country now, I think they could make it £10m.

“That’s how big I think Barry will make it. I’ll be doing something, trust me.”

EMMERDALE’S Adam Thomas has sparked rumours he’s returning to the ITV soap after reuniting with his on-screen wife.

The actor, who played Adam Barton, left the soap in 2018 after confessing to Emma Barton’s murder – yet didn’t end up in prison.

Earlier this week, Adam was was spotted with former telly wife Isabel Hodgins who plays Victoria Sugden.

The pair posed for a sweet photo together while in Manchester city centre.

Adam shared the post on his Instagram and captioned it: “Look who I just bumped into. Isabel Hodgins love this girl.”

Isabel also shared the photo on her social media and quipped: “You never deserved me Adam Thomas,” with a kiss emoji.

Now fare desperate to see Adam make an Emmerdale comeback in the aftermath of his on-screen mum Moira Dingle finding out about her husband Cain’s infidelity.

Last night Cain confessed to Moira that he cheated on her with sister-in-law Ruby while she was having surgery for a brain tumour.

Elsewhere, Adam’s brother Matty is mourning the loss of his wife Amy after she died from a cardiac arrest after falling into the icy lake after the shock limo crash scenes this week.

ITV fans have taken to social media to beg bosses to bring back Adam, with one writing: “Moira needs Adam to come back, so does Matty.”

A second posted: “I’d love to see Adam Barton back on Emmerdale.”

Last September, Adam teased the prospect of an exciting Emmerdale comeback as he admitted it was “a huge part of my life.”

Show host Lorraine Kelly, 64, told how how the “door was never shut” despite the fact he recently reprised his role on BBC drama Waterloo Road.

As she asked if Adam would ever return to Emmerdale, he giggled and said: “Listen, never say never Lorraine.

“Never say never. With Emmerdale it was a huge part of my life.

“I was there eight or nine years, it was a very long time.”

Adam’s character arrived in the Yorkshire-based soap in 2009.

He added of the ITV soap: “It’s the best job in the world to learn to act.

“It’s so quick as well.”

Adam left the Dales after confessing to Emma Barton’s murder.

At the time, Adam told police that he’d murdered Emma in order to save his mum Moira Dingle – who was the actual culprit – from prison.

Emma actually died after “jumping” from a viaduct in 2017 but it later transpired that Moira had pushed her.

Actor Adam’s exact exit storyline saw Aaron and Cain break his character out of the prison van on the day of his sentencing.

They gave him money and took him to the docks where he boarded a cargo ship that would take him to Amsterdam and then France.

A friend of Aaron’s was set to provide Adam with work once he arrived and, since then, his life has been a mystery.

When announcing his exit on social media, he said: “I’ve had an amazing eight years working on Emmerdale and I’ve loved every minute of it.
