Katie Price’s ex Carl Woods claims C4 IVF doc CUT key scene that revealed the real reason he blocked her
KATIE Price’s ex-fiancé Carl Woods claims a key scene was cut from their IVF documentary which would have revealed why he really blocked her during the treatment process.
In a two-part Channel 4 documentary, viewers watched the former couple on their journey for a first baby together.
Katie Price and Carl Woods’ IVF journey aired on C4 last week[/caption] Carl’s felt the documentary was biased towards Katie[/caption]They were told early on the chance of success was less than one percent but went ahead regardless, despite serious issues with their relationship.
In the second episode, viewers were told Carl, 35, had blocked Katie, 46, and failed to attend a check-up the week before donor eggs were due to be transferred.
Now, Carl has exclusively told The Sun what was behind that decision and insists the production team removed it from the final edit.
He says: “It was biasedly edited to make it look like the reason that I blocked her and we broke up was because IVF failed and she was too old to give me a baby.
“And all of a sudden, she’s woke up one morning, I’m a no-show to the appointment, apparently, and I blocked her. And she doesn’t know why.
“The production company were more than aware of what was going on in the relationship.
“They edited this bit out. The reason I blocked her is the day before, she’d gone out for the day apparently to ‘work’.
“She had ignored me all day. Non contactable. On and offline on WhatsApp but I got ignored.
“It come to the evening. I was at her house and Jett FaceTimed her. She answered to Jett not knowing I was there and she was out on the p*ss and I could hear a fella talking with her.
“I went on to FaceTime and she told me to f**k off and hung up.
“She and the production company knew exactly the reason why I didn’t go to the next appointment.”
A spokesman for Channel 4 declined to comment.
During the documentary, the pair each spoke about their break-up to camera, with Carl insisting he’d done everything he could to support Katie.
He also complimented her mothering ability, calling her a “wonderful mum”, and said it was “heartbreaking” leaving behind her eldest son Harvey, 22, after three years of helping care for him.
However, he’s critical of the way Katie spoke about the end of their relationship in which she questioned if he really wanted a child with her and failed to mention the FaceTime fallout or the instances of cheating before filming began.
“Quite honestly, I find it’s embarrassing watching her babbling on,” says Carl.
Katie and Carl were told they had less than one percent chance of success[/caption] Katie[/caption]“The poor me, woe is me victim act. It’s boring.
“Katie blames everybody, doesn’t she? Katie’s always the victim. Katie’s never done anything wrong.
“Well, Katie creates every one of her storms. And then she’s a match lighter, and then she stands back, watches it burn, and says, ‘oh, it wasn’t me’. That’s what she does.”
Carl described his appearance in the documentary as “realistic” and insists the IVF journey had no bearing on his decision to leave her.
He says: “At one point in the first episode, I was eating in the car, and I said, ‘there’s worse things to leave over’.
“She said, ‘well, how do you feel?’ And I said, ‘well, it’s more about how you feel’. And she said, ‘well, I think you’re going to leave me’.
“And I said, ‘well, there’s worse things to leave over than this’. And what I was referring to was I’d already caught her cheating.”

Dylan Hartley was part of the team for the broadcaster last year.
But the ex-Red Rose skipper – plus former France star Ben Kayser – have both been dropped.
ITV, meanwhile, have recruited Eddie Jones to be part of their panel of pundits which also features Jonny Wilkinson, Maggie Alphonsi and Brian O’Driscoll.
Four of England’s five matches are being shown live on ITV – including their opener in Ireland on Saturday.
The BBC’s only England game is their final round under the closed roof of the Principality Stadium on ‘Super Saturday’ on March 15.
Wales confirmed they will have the retractable roof across for all home fixtures for the next two years to guarantee conditions and boost the red-hot atmosphere.

TV GYPSY Danny Cooper is locked in a bitter £2million legal fight with his own daughter over claims she faked documents to secretly lay claim to his beloved home.
Cooper, who starred in the Channel 5 documentary Here Come The Gypsies, accuses Tracey of forging his signature to secretly transfer the property into her name.
He says she even kicked him out of the property.
Cooper, a former strawberry farmer who used to run one of the biggest horse drives in Britain, has now launched a legal case to win back the sprawling house he lost in 2023.
In court papers seen by The Sun he accuses his daughter of obtaining the house in Totton, Hants., by “fraud or reckless misrepresentation” and wants it returned into his ownership.
His lawyers say his daughter took advantage of his inability to read or write and signed the crucial deed document transferring the property solely into her name.
They add: “Ms Cooper forged his signatures on the deed without his knowledge and/or consent in order to effect the transfer of the entire property to herself for no consideration.
“She knew that Mr Cooper had not signed the deed and had no knowledge of it, that he did not wish to transfer her the property in full or at all and/or had not instructed or authorised the said transfer to be made.”
Mr Cooper, who was suffering from cancer and depression, was later turfed out of the property by his daughter.
The court documents add: “After his cancer diagnosis, Mr Cooper was prescribed heavy medication and anti-depressants, and struggled to think clearly or to get out of bed.
“He was therefore particularly vulnerable to exploitation.
“Ms Cooper knew and understood that Mr Cooper did not wish to transfer more than half the property to her.
“Nevertheless, without informing Mr Cooper or gaining his authorisation or consent, Ms Cooper instructed alternative solicitors that her father wished to transfer the entire property to herself as a gift and to prepare the documents necessary to effect said transfer.
“Mr Cooper was induced to sign the deed by the fraudulent and/or reckless misrepresentations of Ms Cooper.”
Mr Cooper, who continues to receive electricity bills for the property, wants the £2million home back, his daughter evicted and the deed corrected.
