WHEN you’re a high flyer like Cristiano Ronaldo, you need a private jet to support your lifestyle.
The Portugal legend, 40, added the flashy Bombardier Global Express 6500 to his list of means of transport last year.
And the super plane would have cost him a pretty penny – with his customised version costing around £61million.
It recently touched down at Manchester Airport, although reasons are unclear.
However, it won’t be leaving our shores any time soon – with reports that engineers spotted a cracked window, which will need to be fixed.
That’ll be a blow to Ronaldo, missus Georgina Rodriguez, and their brood – who will have to make-do without their preferred transport for travel.
A glance at their social media shows they are often on board the incredible jet.

A jet like no other
The first thing that stands out about Ronaldo’s sensational jet is you can use for long haul.

Lucas Paqueta facing weeks out with ankle injury that could see him miss four crucial West Ham clashes
LUCAS PAQUETA is facing up to a month on the sidelines with an ankle injury.
The West Ham midfielder, 27, limped out of training at the London Stadium on Tuesday as Graham Potter‘s side prepare to face Arsenal this weekend.
Paqueta had only just returned from a groin injury which saw him miss the Hammers’ defeat to Chelsea.
The Brazilian was assessed on Wednesday by club medics and is facing three to four weeks out.
That could see Paqueta miss the next four West Ham games, with Potter’s side facing Arsenal, Leicester, Newcastle and Everton before mid-March.
Paqueta started up front against Brentford, with new man Evan Ferguson on the bench as he continues to recover from his own ankle injury.
Potter is having to deal with an ever-growing injury list.
The ex-Chelsea boss has only been able to play Paqueta, Jarrod Bowen and Mohammed Kudus together once since replacing Julen Lopetegui last month.
Bowen has returned from a broken foot, but Michail Antonio will not play again this season.
Meanwhile, while summer signings Crysensio Summerville and Niclas Fullkrug are both sidelined with hamstring injuries.
Vladimir Coufal also missed Saturday’s defeat to Brentford through injury.
Antonio has been working on his recovery from his horror car crash in December, with a training camp in Dubai since last week.
However, the plague of fitness issues has sparked talk of the Hammers showing interest in Tammy Abraham.
The ex-Chelsea forward, 27, is on loan at AC Milan from Roma.
But it’s reckoned the 11-cap Englishman would ultimately prefer a return to the Prem.

EV owners have been warned to be wary of depreciation over time – as technology can rapidly become out-of-date.
Overall, electric cars saw their value decrease by an average of 78% last year, new research by digital car finance provider Carmoola suggests.
After analysing 40 million car sales, the company found the Renault ZOE to be the fastest depreciating model.
The car saw its value drop by a whopping 67.4% over a three-year period – or after 36,000 miles had been driven.
The swanky model generally sells at around £9,175 – so owners should expect to only get about £2,991 back after three years.
The Renault ZOE was the UK’s best-selling car back in 2015 – with the French car titan churning out 400,000 of them in 12 years.
But, it eventually fell prey to competition from the likes of the new all-electric Vauxhall Corsa and Citreon e-C3 – and came off the production line last year.
Next up on the list, is the Nissan Leaf, which depreciated by 64.6% over the same time frame or mileage.
However, hopefully the same fate won’t be repeated this year – as the car is set to receive a makeover this summer.
And, coming in at third, fourth and fifth were Jaguar‘s I-PACE, Audi‘s E-Tron and Mercedes-Benz‘s EQC.
At the other end of the spectrum, the Hyundai i10 was ranked the slowest-depreciating car model – retaining 83.4% of its value.
At a current average sale price of £9,134 this means that a Hyundai i10 would only lose £1,516 after three years.
Aidan Rushby, founder and CEO of Carmoola, explained that a reduction in battery life over time may be another factor in the heavy representation of EVs on the list.
He said: “This analysis highlights the evolving dynamics of the car market, where factors like fuel type, body shape, and even colour can significantly impact a car’s value over time.
“While traditional petrol and hybrid vehicles continue to demonstrate steady value retention, it’s apparent that rapid advancement of technology and concerns about battery longevity is continuing to impact the EV market.

It comes after experts revealed the six used diesel cars that soared the most in value last month.

Legendary nineties rock star reveals he lost two TOES in health battle – before he quit band after 30 years onstage
LEGENDARY 90s rock star Chris Burney has revealed he has lost two TOES in new health update.
It comes after Bowling For Soup guitarist Chris, 55, announced that he had permanently retired from the band last summer.
Chris took to Instagram to share a health update as he revealed he had lost two of his toes, but did not detail when or how it happened.
The musician simply shared a photo of his left foot with the missing toes and wrote: “I’m a Free-nubbin, butt-rubbin son of a gun.”
He also shared a selfie of him sitting on his sofa and sticking out his tongue.
It comes not long after Chris reportedly suffered a leg injury and took time out from the band to focus on his health.
This meant the rocker was absent from Download Festival 2024 and the group have continued to perform as a trio without him.
They also announced earlier this year that Chris would not be in the line-up for their UK 20th anniversary tour A Hangover You Don’t Deserve.
Sharing a post on social media, they said: “To All Our Amazing Bowling For Soup Fans… It is with a heavy heart we announce that Chris Burney has made the decision to retire from his stage-right post in the band he co-founded in 1994.
“Some recent medical developments, 30 years of rocking balls and touring non-stop have made it difficult to continue.
“We are bummed to not have Chris by our sides, but absolutely support his decision.
“The three of us will carry on, with Chris’ blessing, and continue to build the legacy of this band we all love so much.”
They confirmed that Chris would not be replaced by another guitarist – saying “you cannot replace a legend”.
The group added: “We were brothers when we started this journey… and brothers we remain.

The band also comprises of lead vocalist Jaret Reddick, drummer Gary Wiseman and bass and backing vocals Rob Felicetti.
Speaking about the decision to not replace Chris, frontman Jaret told K!: “He and I started this band 30 years ago, almost 31 now, and at one point, he was kind of the face of the band.
“I can’t say it enough: we wouldn’t be us, or where we are, without him.”
The band was formed in 1994 in Wichita Falls, Texas.
Their best known hits are Girl All the Bad Guys Want, 1985, Almost and High School Never Ends.
