The Chicago Bears entered the 2025 offseason with a desperate need to fix an offensive line that surrendered a staggering 68 sacks during the 2024 NFL season. For Caleb Williams to properly develop in the early stages of his NFL career, something like this can’t be allowed to happen again, and clearly, general manager Ryan […]

SO far he’s played in Glasgow, the South East of England and North Lanarkshire.
Soon, he’ll add Lithuania to that list – and he’s still only 19.

Cammy Cooper started his career in the youth ranks of Partick Thistle, joining at the age of nine before being picked up by Rangers in the summer of 2023 as a 17-year-old.
He had also made his name as an impact player for the Scotland Under-17s, starring alongside Bailey Rice, Rory Wilson and future Liverpool wonderkid Ben Doak.
Cooper remained a regular with the Scotland Under-19s but couldn’t break into the Rangers B team, instead featuring exclusively for the Under-18s.
After a few months without a club he headed south of the border to join Oxford United in October but came back up the road to join Aidrieonians last summer.
The Diamonds have gone from promotion contenders to relegation battlers this season and Cooper has just three league starts to his name.
He’s now swapping the Scottish Championship for the Lithuanian second tier in a surprising twist.
The attacking has joined Be1 Nacionalinė Futbolo Akademij (known as FK Be1) on a loan deal until the end of the season.
The Excelsior Stadium outfit said in a statement: “Striker Cammy Cooper has joined Lithuanian side Be1 Nacionalinė Futbolo Akademija on loan, subject to international clearance.
“Cooper, who joined the Diamonds from Oxford United in June, has made three starts and 18 substitute appearances in his short time at the club. The 19-year-old now heads for the Lithuanian city of Jonava to join FK Be1 for the next stage of his development.
“We will be keeping a close eye on Cammy’s progress with the Pirma Lyga side, and we’re sure the move will be a successful one for all parties.
“Good luck, Cammy!”
It’s a move that has left fans puzzled to say the least.
One Diamonds fan said: “He should be getting more minutes with us. Disappointing.”
A second supported who seemed resigned to the team being relegated said: “The season is over for us these guys should be getting started every week now, what is he going to learn over there?”
Meanwhile, another punter compared the move to the unusual transfer of Dapo Mebude (another Rangers academy ace) to Septemvri Sofia of Bulgaria.
They said: “That’s even stranger than Dapo Mebude being loaned by Dunfermline to a Bulgarian team.”
FK Be1 play in the Prima Lyga and finished second last season.

MEGHAN Markle has been slammed as a “total con” by royal experts following the release of her Netflix series With Love, Meghan.

However, royal experts claim Meghan, 43, hasn’t been entirely authentic in her appearance, branding the show as “false.”
Throughout the show, Meghan shares a variety of recipes, including a cooked breakfast, skillet spaghetti, honey and lemon cake, and salads.
She also reveals her method for making tea by steeping bags in cold water under the sun for two to three hours, using “nice silk bags, lots of leaf tea, and just let it steep with the warmth of the sun.”
But Arthur was unimpressed, saying: “Everything about it was false – nobody has got time in the morning to cook breakfast like that. If someone gave me tea like that, I’d hand it back to you – it looked like a urine sample.”
Each 33-minute episode features Meghan demonstrating her cookery skills and life hacks. However, critics have dismissed the series as a “Montecito ego trip not worth taking.”
Reacting to reviews, Bronte remarked: “I was so bored, and I was so disappointed to be so bored.
“You watch it and you go, ‘OK, who is she trying to reach here?’ She is trying to reach America, but the reality is the reviews aren’t very good there either.
“It has clearly not landed, and the reason I think that is: if you’re watching it and you are thinking, ‘this was finally five years on from leaving the Royal Family after all these re-branding attempts, this was the moment we were going to see just Meg.
“‘This is the Meghan that we’ve heard about, we are finally going to see her in this happy environment.’
“There were so many times during the show where she began to say something so wild and personal, and then just completely steered away and started talking about an egg yolk instead.”
Bronte also compared Meghan to lifestyle moguls: “You look at the Gwyneth Paltrows and Jessica Albas of the world, who have billion-dollar lifestyle companies.
“They spent years selling themselves as personalities. We don’t have that of Meghan yet, so we needed to see more of her personality intertwined.”
Critics also belatedly criticised the show for being “so bad” that it might make Harry and Meghan “become more exciting and start dishing the dirt” again.
I think it was a con. She was so nice [on her show], but pretty sure she wasn’t so nice to her own staff at Kensington Palace
Arthur Edwards
During The Royal Show, Matt asked: “Is the danger that this is quite dull, and the only way she succeeds is if she comes out and speaks about the royals?”
Arthur responded: “You can’t say much more about the royals than they already have.
“Harry went all in with his book. And in the Oprah Winfrey interview, Meghan didn’t really hold back. I don’t think they can do it anymore – people don’t want to listen to that.
“With a TV program, you’re looking for the next episode, but I couldn’t face another series. She wasn’t a bad actress, and she should stick to acting.
“I mean, it was all false – using somebody else’s house, all the stuff brand new, the kettle gleaming – kitchens aren’t like that. People haven’t got time for cooking like that. She is no Mary Berry.”
Arthur continued: “I think it was a con. She was so nice [on her show], but pretty sure she wasn’t so nice to her own staff at Kensington Palace. It was false. Absolutely false.

“And I tell you what, I think there will be no second series.”
Bronte added: “There wasn’t a sense of self-awareness about how lavish it all was.
“There’s a way to make that work, but this didn’t land at all. It just felt overly glossy, and again, we learned nothing about her.”
She believes this was Meghan’s “one big chance to steer the ship in a different direction” but added: “Human nature loves gossip – even people who hate Spare or hate-watched Harry & Meghan have an element of curiosity.
“I think they did the right thing moving away from that, but they needed to sell themselves in a different way – and she hasn’t really landed it.
The only thing we learned about him? A fun fact – he likes bacon and salt

“I don’t know how they go back or reach the level of success they had with explosive tell-alls.
“Now she’s faced with the problem that reviews from all over the world say she’s quite boring on screen.”
Earlier this week, reports suggested Meghan struggled to book Hollywood stars for her “make or break” Netflix cookery show.
A few friends and neighbours appeared, as well as two celebrity chefs she had never met, but none of her A-list friends – such as Oprah Winfrey or the Beckhams – showed up.

Arthur noted: “Not even her husband turned up until the end. She is married to a prince, and he didn’t even bother to show up.”
Bronte added: “I can see why she kept things separate from him [Harry], but at the same time, she referenced him a lot as ‘my husband.’
“We all know it’s Harry – you can just say Harry.
“The only thing we learned about him? A fun fact – he likes bacon and salt.
“Again, there was an opportunity. He didn’t even need to be a presence in the show, and it didn’t need to be all about him, but let’s learn about you, Meghan, and your life with Harry – the person you’re trying to sell us.”
What do we know about Meghan Markle's new cooking show, With Love, Meghan?
MEGHAN Markle's new Netflix documentary trailer shows her cooking with Hollywood pals.
There will be eight 33 minute episodes featuring a host of Meg’s various Hollywood friends trying her simple, yet “elevated”, food.
A montage of various clips in the nearly two-minute video showed Meghan walking through vegetable patches and fields.
She was also filmed browsing florists, hand-selecting beautiful flowers for table arrangements, showing off her creative side.
The Duchess even tried her hand at beekeeping, fully suited up, as she collected honey.
In the exciting new trailer, Meghan shared: “I’ve always loved taking something pretty ordinary and elevating it.
“Surprising people with moments that let them know I was really thinking of them.
“I’m going to share some little tips and tricks. I see what colour I gravitate to, and everything goes from there. And how you incorporate these practices every day.
“This is about connecting with friends… I love that we’re doing this together for the first time. Making new friends… and just learning.
“We’re not in the pursuit of perfection. We’re in the pursuit of joy. I have to get it totally wrong, to get it totally right.”
The trailer showcased many “candid” moments, from Meghan accidentally squeezing some lemon juice in her eye, to knocking freshly baked goodies off a plate.
Prince Harry featured at the end of the video, embracing his wife in a warm hug.

The couple were asked by host GK: “Are there any couples you think may not last?”
Gabby and Casey went silent and started laughing, leaving GK to interject and say: “That was a vicious question, my bad.”
As Gabby and Casey nervously laughed, GK went on: “You can just say yes and not say who.”
But Casey eventually answered and said: “Yeah I think there are couples that probably won’t last yeah.”
Gabby then said: “And moving on,” before asking Grace: “Do you think there are any couples that won’t last?”
GK responded: “Abso-f******-lutely, did you watch the same series as me? 100%.”
Gabby and Casey didn’t specify which couple they thought would split up, but the All Stars couples remaining include Kaz and Montel, Ekin-Su and Curtis, Elma and Sammy, Grace and Luca and Catherine and Omar.
In the comments section, some fans speculated that they were referring to Ekin and Curtis.
One person wrote: “They talk sooo much about Ekin & Curtis it’s giving obsessed at this point, but this proves the point they carried the show lol.”
A second added: “They were definitely talking about Ekin and Curtis.”
And a third penned: “Why are they obsessed with coming for Ekin and Curtis all the time. They didn’t even need to say their names, but when they said“yeah we do think a couple won’t last” abit obvious who that was.”
Someone else echoed: “Gabby, Casey and the host herself are obsessed with Ekin & Curtis.”
And another podcast listener added: “Why not get queen Ekin and Curtis on the pod, half this video is you guys talking about them anyway. Ekin is tv gold she was the show.”
3 days agoNews 1Comments Off on I’m homeless but sleep comfortably by using my Hinge dates as a free hotel – I’m slammed for it, but it gets me by
AN INFLUENCER has been slammed after she claimed she’s homeless but still manages to sleep comfortably every night thanks to online dating.
Emily Webb, 25, from Australia, explained how she manages to save money with her controversial method, and people have been left divided over it all.
tiktok/@emwebbilyEmily opened up about her method to find somewhere to sleep[/caption]
The influencer said she uses Hinge to bag a bed for the nighttiktok/@emwebbily
She recently told her 66,000 followers that she finds a bed for the night by going on dates with men and sleeping at their houses.
Her so-called hack raised eyebrows and concerns, with many TikTok users urging Emily to reconsider.
In the viral video, Emily explained she usually only stays in the same place for a couple of nights because the men catch on to what she’s really doing.
“If you’re new here I’m homeless. This is one of my boyfriends’ places, he’s in the other room, but I can’t believe I was wasting my money on rent all this time,” she said in the clip.
She continued: “Life hack, if you’re hot do not ever pay rent. You can literally just go on Hinge and stay at different guys’ places for free every single night and nothing bad has happened to me yet but I’ll let you know how long I can keep going with this until I’m sleeping in my car.”
Emily went on to add that her dates usually break up with her when they realise she’s “using them.”
Previously, Emily, who reportedly makes thousands thanks to her adult content on OnlyFans, explained why she is homeless.
According to the influencer, it’s not a lack of money that’s the issue – it’s the hosing crisis.
Last year, Emily claimed she tried to apply to rent her own place but wasn’t able to.
It’s not just Hinge dates Emily stays with; the social media star claims she has also had no choice but to sleep over with friends, or even hunker down in her car for the night.
She previously told News AU the lengths she’s gone to to try and secure her own place, and revealed she’s even offered to pay rent up to 12 months in advance, but still had no luck.
Although it might seem like a nightmare, Emily told followers on TikTok she’s not as stressed about the situation as you might think.
“I can’t believe I’ve been wasting my money on rent all this time. Life hack: If you’re hot, don’t ever pay rent,” she said in the viral video.
That said, the influencer did add that some of her Hinge dates have been “rude” about her homelessness.
And that she has used more traditional methods to try and find a man to spend the night with, like getting dressed up and going for a “hot girl walk” around her neighbourhood.
But when her prowl for a fella fails, it’s not such a big deal, since she claimed sleeping in her car is “comfy as f**k.”
After opening up about her situation on social media, people had mixed feelings about the whole ordeal.
One commented: “This is a very dangerous game you’re playing.”
And a second slammed Emily’s video as having “the worst advice ever.”
Another said: “It may be safer for you to rent a hotel or motel long-term, or just buy a camper.”
Meanwhile, other men were keen to offer Emily their place for her to stay.
“Happy for you to come and stay at my place for free… only one catch, you’ve got to sleep in my bed,” one wrote.
“You can live with me for as long as you cook me dinner every night,” another man said.
And another said: “You’re always welcome at mine.”
What is OnlyFans?
OnlyFans is a subscription content service based in London.
As of 2023, it is thought to have more than 220million registered users and over three million content creators.
Sex workers charge monthly fees for access to pictures, videos and more.
While popular for porn, the site isn’t exclusively designed with that in mind – anyone who wants to build up a fan base and charge them for it can set one up.
“Whether you’re uploading tutorials, tips, behind-the-scenes footage or just endless selfies, a lot of your followers would be willing to pay for them,” the company states.
For every subscription that’s sold to a viewer, performers get 80 per cent of the cash while OnlyFans gets the rest.
It isn’t limited to adult content, as it has become popular with physical fitness experts and musicians.
3 days agoNews 1Comments Off on UK & Europe could launch ‘Operation Sky Shield’ in Ukraine with 120 fighter jets patrolling airspace to fend off Putin
EUROPE and the UK could deploy a fleet of 120 fighter jets to fend off Russian missiles and protect Ukraine’s airspace against Vladimir Putin.
The defence plan, known as Operation Sky Shield, will see fighter jets from the European air force and the RAF form what is being called Integrated Air Protection Zone (IAPZ).
ReutersEurope could deploy fighter jets to protect Ukraine against Putin’s missiles[/caption]
ReutersRussian missiles continue to pound Ukraine, leaving devastation like this scene on Thursday morning[/caption]
The operation will be led by top pilots from the continent – and will function separately from the Nato.
And the objective will be to counter Russian aggression on Ukraine, including cruise missile strikes and drone attacks.
The Integrated Air Protection Zone would cover Ukraine’s three operating nuclear power plants and critical infrastructure in the country’s western flank – including cities of Odesa and Lviv.
It would, however, not be covering the eastern part of the country due to fears of a direct Western confrontation with Russia – an act that will plunge the world into chaos.
Defence chiefs and military strategists suggest that the plan could “achieve greater military, political, and socioeconomic impact than 10,000 European ground troops”, The Guardian reports.
The plan was first drafted at the beginning of the war in 2022 by former RAF pilots and military experts in collaboration with Ukraine.
But it never received the green light.
As the US increasingly ditches its support for Ukraine – and by extension, Europe – plans to revive the Operation Sky Shield are being floated again.
The European effort comes after Ukraine’s war chest took a massive hit following Trump and Zelensky’s historic Oval Office showdown.
A furious Trump cut off the US supply of billions of dollars’ worth of battle tanks, long-range missiles, and air defense systems to Ukraine.
Ukraine’s military is now facing one of its biggest challenges since the start of the war: fighting without the full backing of the United States.
To add to the trouble, the US also stopped sharing military intelligence – something that helped Ukraine massively to not only thwart Russian attacks but launch its own strikes inside Russia.
Washington also revoked the “Rel UKR” classification – which previously allowed Britain to pass on US-made intelligence to Ukraine.
As a result, the US-made HIMARS and British Storm Shadows have now become more or less defunct – leaving Ukrainians with scarce defence systems.
APTrump has withdrawn military backing and stopped sharing intelligence with Ukraine[/caption]
EPAZelensky hopes to get Trump back on side, but in the meantime must turn increasingly to Europe for help[/caption]
If given a green light, Operation Sky Shield could turn out to be a major line of defence for Ukraine – and Europe in a long-term war context.
The only concern western leaders have is that western fighter jets could directly come in contact with the Russians – which could escalate the war and involve Nato countries.
However, backers of the scheme argue that the “risk is low”.
According to the Kiel Institute, from January 2022 to December 2024, Europe spent $138.7 billion on Ukraine—outpacing the US total of $119.7 billion.
The UK remains Ukraine’s third-biggest backer behind the US and Germany, with its latest package being a $2.8 billion (£2.26 billion) loan signed on March 1.
EPAPutin is undoubtedly delighted by the US’s shunning of Ukraine[/caption]
AFPAs fighting continues in Ukraine and the US withdraws military aid, European nations are having to step up and plug the gap[/caption]
Earlier today, France’s defence minister confirmed that his country was continuing to provide Ukraine with military intelligence.
President Emmanuel Macron said that France is ready to deploy a “nuclear shield” to help protect Europe from any looming Russian threats.
But the big question now is: if the US stops its support entirely, can Europe step up fast enough to keep Ukraine in the fight?
Former British Army officer Colonel Hamish de Bretton-Gordon told The Sun: “The European NATO countries, militarily, on their own, vastly overmatched the Russians.
“And we need to flex that muscle rather than sort of hold back, because in this type of conflict, you’ve got to go all in.”
Dr Bence Nemeth, of the Defence Studies Department at King’s College London, added: “Without the United States as a steadfast ally, Europe faces a turbulent security environment where dangers can originate not only from Russia but also from the missteps of Western policies themselves.
“Yet there is also an upside. When longtime alliances shift, we cannot assume conflict is inevitable.
“Instead, such disruptions can create space for dialogue and new partnerships.
“It is a complex challenge but also an opportunity to reshape the rules of engagement for the 21st century in ways that might ultimately serve all parties better.”
For now, Ukraine’s troops remain on the battlefield, but their future arsenal is uncertain.
The European offer of “boots on the ground” after a potential peace deal has reassured Kyiv, but Trump’s pressure campaign is forcing Ukraine into a dangerous corner.
Will Europe rally to keep Ukraine armed? Will Zelensky be forced into negotiations with Russia? Or will Ukraine find itself increasingly isolated?
With Trump holding the keys to Ukraine’s most powerful weapons, the next steps could determine the fate of the war.
Key European weapons still at Ukraine's disposal
DESPITE the recent suspension of US military aid, Ukraine continues to receive substantial support from European nations, ensuring a steady flow of weaponry and equipment to bolster its defense capabilities.
