Stacey Solomon in shock feud as Bear Hunt star takes savage swipe at her – and SLAMS her £1m Pickle Cottage

STACEY Solomon has become embroiled in a surprise feud with a Celebrity Bear Hunt star.

The Loose Women panelist’s £1million Pickle Cottage home, in Essex, was at the centre of the unexpected drama with none other than a former Changing Rooms anchor.

Laurence Llewelyn-Bowen – who admitted he “nearly died” while filming Bear Grylls‘ latest gritty realty series – has slammed her family pad for a lack of “real interiors.”

The 59-year-old Channel 4 host’s brutal remarks came as he discussed his upcoming interiors series, Outrageous Homes.

He was asked if he had watched 35-year-old Stacey’s BBC show Sort Your Life Out and bluntly replied: “No, that’s not design, is it?

“That’s someone folding people’s underpants.”

He added to Closer Magazine: “Why don’t you lock me in Stacey Solomon’s Pickle Cottage and I’ll show her what real interiors look like.

“I could be the creature that drags Stacey Solomon away from folding knickers and painting everything grey!”

Stacey’s series, which kicked off in 2021, sees the X Factor alum re-vamp cluttered homes across the UK, where owners decide which belongings to keep and which to discard.

She recently broke down as she helped a cancer-stricken mum re-do her cluttered pad.

Stacey also choked back tears as a show guest recalled their harrowing past prior to their home makeover.

Meanwhile, Laurence recently showcased his incredible home with a huge extension and quirky design.

The property is truly the hub of the family and houses Laurence and his wife Jackie, their two daughters — Hermione and Cecile — and their husbands — Dan and Drew — and their four grandchildren — Albion, Demelza, Romily, Eleanora.

Last summer, Laurence told the My Dirty Laundry podcast: “We have our big manor house filled with children and pieces of brightly coloured plastic and Peppa Pig again.

“I think it’s something that more and more people should be doing. For us boomers, we’re all sort of surprised we’ve made it to sixty.

“I think everyone thought we would live fast and die young, rather than live very, very slowly and die really quite old.”

BEAR HUNT DRAMA

Yet away from the comforts of his lavish pad, his experience on his new TV show was completely different.

Celebrity Bear Hunt saw some of the UK’s biggest names fly to Costa Rica to take part in a slew of tough-challenges, all whilst hoping to evade the capture of explorer Bear.

The Sun was the first to reveal the full line-up last year, with Mel B, Boris Becker, Una Healy and Shirley Ballas competing – and Holly Willoughby presenting.

While Laurence was first to tell us he received special treatment from show bosses – and was not parted with his personal items – they didn’t help much after he was left fighting for his life.

He previously told MailOnline of the harrowing incident and said: “I really thought I could take this on.

“I was full of adrenaline and I was full of my own abilities which were actually sadly not quite up there.

“I got stuck underneath the raft. But I was really stupid, I didn’t stop at that point.

“I then kept carrying on and then I started blacking out and I started getting these chest pains.”

Talking of his rescue he added: “And the next thing I know I get Bear on top of me – which I know millions of people would give their arm for.

“But he felt like a damp bag of spanners!”

I got composite bonding but wish people had told me about side effects – I had an identity crisis straight after

A WOMAN who booked in for composite bonding along with her friend has revealed there are some side effects she wishes she knew about before getting it done.

Charlotte explained that while she loves her teeth now, it took some time to get used to them.

She added that she and her bestie Lauren both had bigger lips after getting the bonding, due to the fact their teeth were “bulkier” than before[/caption]

But Charlotte admitted she was so scared to chip the new teeth while eating that she actually ended up losing weight[/caption]

In fact, she had something of an “identity crisis” after seeing her new look for the first time.

In a slideshow of pictures on TikTok, she shared the “things I wish someone told me before I got composite bonding”.

Firstly, that she would “have an identity crisis when you see yourself and probably hate them at first”.

The reason she faltered is because she felt like she’d “lost all” of her uniqueness – although she did admit that the feeling “soon passes”.

“Say goodbye to coffee, curries, red wine – well basically anything that will stain your teeth!” Charlotte wrote over the third picture.

“Joking but you will be super conscious of them staining – get ready to drink your coffee through a straw.”

Charlotte also warned that the “bright white look” fades “so quickly”, and they “feel yellow after a week (they’re not, you just miss that initial white look)”.

While getting new teeth can “make your lips appear bigger”.

Charlotte added it’s a “win” for her, but explained that as the teeth are “bulkier” than before, they make the lip protrude more.

Another side effect after the procedure was that she ended up losing weight, because she was “so scared to chomp down on anything in the worry you’ll chip your teeth”.

However, concluding her post, Charlotte added on the last slide: “In all seriousness, you’ll absolutely love them and you’ll feel so much more confident.”

And lots of people in the comments section admitted they felt the same after getting their teeth done.

“I hated mine when I got them done,” one wrote.

“I felt like they looked massive and I couldn’t speak.

“I love them now. I didn’t go bright white I wanted natural.”

“This is all so accurate!” another admitted.

“Had a panic attack when i first saw mine,” a third laughed, adding: “Love them now!”

“Hahah, I went and cried in the toilet,” Charlotte replied.

“Turns out it’s a pretty universal experience!”

Man Utd legend Rio Ferdinand ‘storms off set’ live on TNT Sports and says ‘that’s out of order’ after ‘rubbish’ comment

RIO FERDINAND jokingly stormed off set after being asked for his thoughts on a “rubbish” comment.

The TNT Sports team of Joe Cole, Peter Crouch, Ally McCoist and Ferdinand were answering questions from fans before Chelsea’s 4-0 win over Southampton last night.

One viewer wrote in to say that Manchester United will not win the title for 30 years.

As the tweet was read out by host Lynsey Hipgrave, Ferdinand hilariously walked off camera.

As he stormed off, the former defender shouted with a smile: “You are out of order. That is out of order. We are not even playing tonight.

“That is a load of rubbish, who was that? Who sent that in?”

Asked how long it will take before the glory days return to Old Trafford, Cole said: “30 years is a long time, you would say no chance but the way things are going up there.

“I certainly can’t see it in ten years. I would be comfortable saying ten years. They won’t win the title for ten years.”

McCoist crunched the numbers, adding: “The last time they won it, that was 12 years. So if you are talking ten that is 22 years.”

Ferdinand was again having none of it, hitting back: “Alright, Al. You’ve come alive, doing the maths.”

Crouch said: “I can’t see them winning anything in five years.”

Man Utd last lifted the Premier League title at the end of the 2012/13 season when Ferdinand was still part of the squad.

The club are currently on course for their worst ever season as they languish 15th in the table.

With just 30 points after 26 games, they are a whopping 34 behind league leaders Liverpool.

Ferdinand ripped into the Ruben Amorim’s side after their 2-2 draw to Everton on Saturday, saying: “I don’t know if I have seen a United team this bad.

It has been embarrassing in all different facets of the game.

“Yes, we can talk about quality, you talk about talent, but one thing which is unforgivable is a lack of desire.

“There’s instances in this game where Man Utd need to look at this Everton team and take examples from it. It’s embarrassing to sit here and watch it.

“I hope [Amorim] went absolutely ballistic at the players. They were out-run, out-fought, out-jumped, every single department of the game. They were second best.”

Met Eireann issue snow and sleet update before -2C freeze TONIGHT as thunderstorms & gusts to batter Ireland today

MET Eireann has confirmed that snow will likely only fall in Northern Ireland as the entire country is hit by a -2C freeze.

The UK Met Office issued an alert that some of the six counties could see falls of snow in the next few days – but it doesn’t look likely to stick.

A forecast yesterday said: “A band of heavy rain will sweep in tonight, bringing snow over the hills across Northern Ireland, southern Scotland and the northern Pennines.”

However, Met Eireann have confirmed other northern parts of the country and further south will not be hit by the white stuff.

They said: “While rain tonight may fall for a time as a mix of sleet and snow over hills and mountains and in the north, accumulations are not expected.

“There is no expectation of accumulations of snow this week in Donegal, Monaghan or anywhere else in Ireland.”

Today will be a bright day with a mix of sunshine, scattered rain and some hail showers, with weather bosses warning that some of those showers will be “heavy and prolonged”.

There is a chance of thunderstorms throughout today with strong and gusty winds.

Temperatures will sit at highs of 6C to 9C before dropping between -2C and 2C for a “cold night” with frost developing.

And overnight showers will stay confined to Atlantic coastal areas come Wednesday night with clear spells developing.

Despite a cold night, tomorrow will start off sunny with plenty of sunshine.

Any showers will be passing and light with temperatures of 7C to 10C.

However, those temperatures will drop again on Thursday night, falling to -2C once again.

It will be largely dry throughout the night but fog will develop along with fog.

Temperatures to climb back up to 8C to 11C on Friday in a mostly dry day.

WEEKEND OUTLOOK

Rain will break out once again as cloud builds overnight, but temperatures will stay above freezing at 2C.

Looking to the weekend Met Eireann’s Brandon Creagh said: “High pressure is going to build near Ireland, bringing a good deal of dry weather, but there will be cloudy conditions at times too.

“Saturday looks like a weakening band of rain will push north southeastwards over Ireland but rainfall amounts to fall will be minimal.

“Drier clearer weather developing in the northwest for the afternoon on Saturday, with highest temperatures of 8C to 11C in a mostly light, variable wind.”

Sunday will be another mostly dry day with temperatures of 9C to 11C.
