Watch moment Love Island’s Curtis reveals Ekin-Su’s x-rated message from BEFORE All Stars – leaving him VERY red faced
LOVE Island’s Curtis Pritchard has revealed the x-rated message Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu sent him BEFORE All Stars.
Curtis, 29, was left very red faced as he opened the shock text during a joint interview with girlfriend Ekin, 30.

Speaking to Heat, the pair had been asked: “What was the first text or WhatsApp you sent each other IRL?”
Finding the message on his phone, Curtis burst into fits of laughter, saying: “Oh my God.”
A blushing Ekin covered her mouth in surprise, chirping in: “It’s not a message, it’s a picture of something.”
Curtis, trying to contain his amusement, added: “Doesn’t matter. No. Nothing. I’ve not replied to her ever. Yeah. That’s all I’ll say.”
Ekin concluded: “Wow. I can’t believe I sent that to you.”
Curtis and Ekin finally went Instagram official last week as he got her number after the Love Island final.
The couple were seen on social media looking happier than ever as they finally got their phones back and put in each other’s digits.
Curtis and Ekin, who placed third in this year’s All Stars, were seen laughing and joking at the table as Curtis named Ekin ‘my little one,’ in his phone contacts, followed by a cupcake and heart emoji.
Ekin could be heard saying: “He’s finally saved my number,” as the smitten pair laughed together.
They were also pictured holding hands as they made their way through the airport, as Ekin told fans: “We are so excited to come home.”
In another clip, Curtis could be seen carrying Ekin’s shopping through the airport.
The couple recently took a swipe at rivals Elma and Sammy following their clashes in the villa.
Both couples reached the final – but fell short of winning the £50,000 prize.
Ekin-Su and Curtis spoke to Amy Hart on the Love Island: The Morning After podcast following the finale.
Addressing tensions with Elma and Sammy, Curtis said: “I feel like the situations that went on… I don’t want to say we were in the wrong or the right.
“But I feel like we weren’t in the wrong.”
Ekin-Su continued: “I’m going to stand by that we were in the right. For me, that was not okay at the time.”
What were the All Stars voting percentages?
LAST week's Love Island All Stars finale saw Gabby Allen and Casey O'Gorman win the show.
Gabby and Casey scored 33.37% of the votes, while Grace and Luca came in just behind them with 30.38%.
Ekin-Su Cülcüloglu and Curtis Pritchard got 21.74%, Catherine Agbaje and Omar Nyame landed 8.14% and Elma Pazar and Sammy Root ended up with 6.36%.
Meanwhile, Amy asked the new couple about who their closest friends were in the villa.
Former winner Ekin-Su first highlighted Nas Majeed and Oliver “Chuggs” Wallis as examples.
She added: “Catherine and Omar, I think Catherine’s one of my closest girls in here.
“Gabby, Grace… Elma, I do like but obviously in some situations, in that game thing, you kind of questioned a little bit.
“We’ve passed it now, you know.”
Viewers watched a rivalry develop between Ekin-Su and Elma towards the end of All Stars.
The once firm friends fell out when Ekin-Su gave Elma’s partner Sammy Root a peck on the lips during the heart rate challenge.
She had promised Elma not to kiss Sammy before doing the opposite.
Although Elma claimed she could “forgive” Ekin, she found the “forgetting” part harder.

EastEnders’ Stacey Slater breaks down at Martin Fowler’s funeral – as new Vicki Fowler actress is seen for first time
STACEY Slater can be seen breaking down in tears as she attends the funeral of Martin Fowler.
Fresh pictures from the set of the BBC soap opera show Lacey Turner‘s character inconsolable as she finally says goodbye to her true love.

The cast of the BBC soap opera were out in full force to film the heartbreaking scenes which will be broadcast in the coming weeks.
Dressed in a large black coat, Stacey can be seen with tears streaming down her face as she clutches hold of something.
Elsewhere, new Vicki Fowler actress Alice Haig has been snapped on-set for the first time since The Sun exclusively revealed that original actress Scarlett Alice Johnson had opted not to make a comeback.
Vicki could be seen being comforted by her partner Ross as she stood by Martin’s graveside looking deeply emotional.
Ross, played by former The Bill star Alex Warkinshaw, also looked moved despite not having a connection to Martin.
Bianca Jackson and Jean Slater were also seen in mourning as the funeral took place.
The cast of the BBC show had to deal with torrential rain during filming with many of them hiding underneath umbrella’s at any given opportunity.
Fans had a massive shock when Martin, played by James Bye, died during the live 40th anniversary episode last week.
No one had expected the character – who has been part of the show since the 80s – to be killed off so suddenly.
Martin died in Stacey’s arms in the closing seconds of the final live episode, having been crushed under a falling steel beam in the Queen Vic pub after an explosion.
In heartbreaking scenes he proposed and planned the next 40 years of their lives before the paramedics told Stacey that he would likely not survive his injuries.
Stacey couldn’t bring herself to tell Martin what was happening, but he realised.

Sports fans dealt fresh blow as big discount is axed from popular streaming app following Eurosport closure
IT HAS not been a good month for sports fans, as two popular streaming apps dial back their offerings.
Not only is Eurosport now gone for good, having officially retired on 28 February, but Discovery+ has made a significant change to its membership plans.

Eurosport left British TV screens after 35 years this week, as the popular channel is merged with TNT Sports.
Until now, Eurosport has been a part of Sky TV and Virgin Media TV packages at no extra cost.
TNT Sports, however, is available as an add-on to certain subscription packages and comes with a separate fee.
Viewers can add it to their Sky, Virgin Media and Discovery+ packages.
It means sports like cycling, snooker, skiing and more will now become more expensive to watch for UK customers.
Though sports fans have just been dealt another blow by Discovery+.
The streaming service has retired its Standard subscription, which included Eurosport.
It has also removed its annual subscription option – and the annual savings that go with it.
As of this week, the platform will only offer two package options to UK viewers: Basic at £3.99 per month or Premium at £30.99 per month.
There will be no middle tier, or annual discounts.
It means sports fans will have to subscribe to TNT Sports to watch the matches they want.
And to watch TNT Sports through Discovery+, they will have to sign up to the £30.99 per month plan.
Discovery+ previously offered a Basic annual subscription at £39.99 per year, giving customers a discount of nearly £8 a year.
But that option has now been axed, forcing viewers to pay more for the same service.
Until late 2023, the Basic tier was known as the Entertainment tier, while Standard was called Entertainment & Sports.
When streaming services remove specific subscription plans, they typically wait until the end of a customer’s billing cycle to switch them onto a new plan.
DISCOVERY+: BREAKDOWN OF SUBSCRIPTION PACKAGES

There are 2 different Discovery+ plans you can choose from:
Basic (previously known as Entertainment)
Price: £3.99 per month
- Access to on-demand catalogue.
- Access to following live channels: Animal Planet, Discovery, Discovery History, Discovery Science, DMAX, Food Network, HGTV, ID, Quest, Quest Red, TLC, and Turbo.
Premium – including TNT Sports (previously known as Entertainment & Sports)
Price: £30.99 per month
- Everything included with the Basic plan.
- Includes TNT Sports: cycling, tennis, snooker, UEFA Champions League and Europa League matches, Premier League games, Premiership Rugby, MotoGP, boxing, UFC and more.
With TNT Sports on discovery+, you get:
- Interactive Timeline Markers.
- Ability to switch between live games.
Liverpool paid Jurgen Klopp and staff MILLIONS to leave as Reds announce record losses for last season
LIVERPOOL lost a record £57MILLION last season – despite an all-time revenue high.
The £9.6m cost of paying off Jurgen Klopp and his coaching staff at the end of a campaign without Champions League football meant the Anfield side posted the loss even though the club grossed £614m in income.

Being out of the European elite represented the bulk of the £38m drop in broadcast income.
Wages rose by £14m to £386m, with the arrivals of Alexis Mac Allister, Dominik Szoboszlai, Wataru Endo and Ryan Gravenberch.
But the losses – up by more than £40m from 2022-23 – were mitigated by the opening of the new Anfield Road Stand adding £22m to matchday revenues.
There as also a substantial uptick in commercial income, up by £36 million to £308 million after four new global partner sponsorship deals were struck.
Liverpool are on course to make £100m-plus from their Champions League campaign if they get past PSG in this month’s last 16 tie.
Chief Financial Officer Jenny Beacham said: “Operating a financially sustainable club continues to be our priority.
“And with the continued increase in costs, it’s essential to grow income streams year on year to maintain financial stability.
“The global appeal of this football club continues to be phenomenal and is the underlying strength and opportunity we have for continued growth.

“We will continue to operate in accordance with football’s financial rules and regulations while maintaining investment opportunities in our operations, infrastructure and players.
“Our focus right now is to finish this season as strong as possible, both on and off the pitch, to fulfil our collective ambitions for success.”
Prem table-toppers Liverpool will be back in action on Wednesday, travelling to Paris to take on PSG in the first leg of their Champions League last 16 tie.
Arsenal ‘in Joshua Kimmich talks’ as Gunners step up transfer chase after Bayern Munich contract offer ‘withdrawn’
ARSENAL are stepping up their interest in Bayern Munich’s Joshua Kimmich, reports in Germany say.
Kimmich’s future in Munich is in question following speculation that the Bundesliga leaders withdrew a contract extension.

His current deal expires in 2028 and according to Sky in Germany, Arsenal have held talks with the midfielder over a move.
It comes amid speculation 33-year-old Jorginho is ready to leave the Gunners in the summer when his deal expires.
But they are believed to be in competition with at least two others clubs outside of Germany also interested in Kimmich.
It was Bild that first reported Bayern had withdrawn their contract offer to the 30-year-old Champions League winner.
But an extension has not been ruled out completely with Bayern said to still want to keep Kimmich – who can also play at right-back.
Arsenal have been linked with Kimmich for over a year now – with Germany team-mate Kai Havertz rumoured to have helped in talks.
Bayern are top by eight points and travel to Stuttgart next – but Kimmich is ruled out due to a hamstring problem.
Manager Vincent Kompany said: “We only have our sights set on Stuttgart.

“But he probably won’t be travelling with us. The game is probably too early for him.”
Kimmich went off injured in Bayern’s 4-0 win over Frankfurt in their last match.
He has 36 appearances this season with one goal to his name.
People call me a ‘scrounger’ for claiming Universal Credit when I own a house – I put down £60k but still need benefits
PUTTING out one of the cigarettes that keeps her chain-smoking habit at bay, Erica Cartier, 44, looks around at her £200K home and feels so lucky.
While the average UK rental cost are £1327 per month, she pays just £100 because the rest is covered by her Universal Credit payment and, to make life even better, she owns 30% of her dream pad too.

But despite having worked hard to co-own her home with the council, Erica still gets blasted by trolls for being a ‘scrounger’ and slammed for ‘not needing’ benefits because she lives so comfortably.
“It makes me laugh when trolls say they pay taxes to the Government to fund my benefits,” says Erica. “But the truth is I worked hard for my bungalow and that doesn’t mean I should no longer get benefits.
“Universal Credit and ESA (Employment and Support allowance) is my main source of income as a carer for my disabled boyfriend and the fact I am unable to work full time due to my psychosis.
“I receive £911 a month for rent, bills, food and everything else, and my cigarette fund eats up most of that.
“But I managed to buy my house as a shared ownership property because I was able to put down £60,000 that was tied up in an existing mortgage.
“Now the £370 a month rent I pay is in part covered by my Universal Credit, £271 a month. I feel incredibly lucky to be able to do this.”
Before Erica signed on to contribution-based ESA, in 2014, she had a year working a job as a comment moderator at a big newspaper and was able to save because she was earning a London salary but paying Stoke-on-Trent rent, which is where she lived.
We have a lovely view of woodlands through those patio doors and a nice large garden to the front and back.
Erica
“I took home £1870 a month for around one year, ” she explains. “I shared rented accommodation in a cheap part of Stoke-on-Trent (£250 a month) at the time and my outgoings were no more than £1000 a month so I was able to put away £870 every month for just over a year.
“I saved a lot in Stoke. I also saved some surplus student loan from a year studying at the local university totalling £6K and a further £7K from working from home 3 days a week as the editor of a journal during a 7-month maternity cover.”
It wasn’t until 2019, after a brief spell trying to work in an office, Erica was moved onto Universal Credit.
But before that, in January 2019, aged 38, Erica bought a two-bed cottage just outside Stoke for £87,500.
“I was lucky I was able to access unlimited savings when I was on Contribution-based ESA before I was moved to UC, where savings are capped at £6K. But this meant I had managed to save up just under £28K for a deposit so I could buy.
“I was on contribution-based ESA when I purchased my cottage and back then I was able to secure a mortgage from Natwest for £60,000 with my mix of benefits (PIP and the ESA) and self-employment. My income wasn’t more than £16,000pa when I applied. I paid this off monthly, £228 so didn’t get housing benefits for this.
“Sadly, the new rules around UC make it hard for people to save until the next big benefits review by Government honchos.

“This is because Universal Credit is paid month-by-month, depending on your circumstances only during this month.”
Erica sold her cottage for £110,000.
“When I moved here, the money went from property-to-property and never reached my own bank account. So UC never classed it as ‘income’.
“While I was looking to move, I’d hoped to get a £20,000 mortgage to meet the 40 percent share the bungalow was originally advertised at £80,000.
“Note: it was impossible!

“The DWP staff who manage my UC account refused to confirm to any bank that they’d be able to continue my unemployment payments if or when I moved.
“I didn’t then know if I could even afford to move – it was a leap of faith.
“I sent the banks general guidelines printed from the .Gov website to try to convince them I was entitled to £600 a month income from UC, but no bank would accept this – it was agonizing!”
For a while, it looked like it would be impossible for Erica to move and that she would lose the £500 securing deposit she put into the property she’d fallen in love with.
However, as she was able to make £20K on the sale of her terraced cottage this was put this into the bungalow.
Cheapest places to rent in the UK
Erica reveals moving to get cheap rent can help you save quicker for a mortgage.
North East £695
Northern Ireland £735
Scotland £793
Yorkshire and the Humber £799
North West £848
East Midlands £860
Wales £881
West Midlands £905
Data taken from Zoopla based on average monthly rent prices.
“In a remarkable turn of events the council who share ownership of my lovely bungalow, reduced the percent I could buy to 30 percent as a goodwill gesture to apologise for a mistake they made on the bungalow’s boundaries.
“This saved my sale,” says Erica.
“I hadn’t anticipated that all my mortgage applications would be rejected so I had already put the holding deposit down.
“Had the council not reduced the asking price halfway through the sale, I wouldn’t have been able to afford my percent.
“So today, I’ve a share in the property, and a smaller than average rent to pay, I’m getting along here well and love it – it’s the best of both rental and home owning worlds!
“My boyfriend Paul moved in. He uses a wheelchair and as a further goodwill gesture about the boundary issue, the council has installed a ramp to the bifold doors so Paul can access our home at the back.
“While we’ve compromised on location, living on the edge of a large and scruffy council estate, and also in Britain’s smelliest village, we have a lovely view of woodlands through those patio doors and a nice large garden to the front and back.
“A friend visited us for drinks recently. She’s doing her PhD and excited about getting a home herself “with a big swimming pool”.
“She asked us about our dream living situation?
Paul and I synchronised our answers – looking outside, before we both said at the same time: ‘This is!'”
