She took to Instagram to clarify that the edited version of her conversation with Dave made it appear as though she was upset about something which is completely taken out of context. In a series of Instagram stories over the weekend, Love Is Blind contestant, Lauren O’Brien expressed her frustration with the way the conversation was edited, claiming it misrepresented her feelings and intentions. The scene in question aired during a discussion about intimacy between Lauren and Dave.
In an edited version, it appeared as though Lauren was upset because she couldn’t sleep with Dave after a bikini wax. However, she took to the Instagram story to clarify that the actual conversation was about her being “bummed” about canceling a spin class that evening, not about intimacy. She wrote,
In this convo, I was telling Dave that after my bikini wax, I couldn’t have s*x or workout within 24 hours and I was bummed bc I had to cancel a SPIN CLASS that night (not bc I couldn’t have s*x).
She further wrote expressing her displeasure with Netflix’s edit of how the scene was presented,
I literally don’t even talk like this lol I was so confused. @netflix I love you but u did me dirty here, count your days!!!!
Lauren’s relationship with Dave has been rocky throughout the season. While the two season 8 contestants connected early in the pods, Dave also had an emotional bond with fellow contestant Molly, leading to tensions and drama. Viewers have criticized Dave for essentially repeating the same sentiments to both Lauren and Molly without either woman knowing about the other. It only added to the complexity of the situation.

It looked like the two were filmed separately, with their shots poorly pieced together.
AD expressed her love for the ocean and talked about how great they are as a couple. As the conversation progresses, AD’s confusion becomes evident as Clay starts stacking dishes, which doesn’t align with the moment. Fans were attempting to figure out how this error made it to the show.
