But former X Factor judge Sharon, 72, has admitted the 2002 MTV series made her ashamed.
On US guitarist Billy Corgan’s The Magnificent Others podcast, she said: “We looked back on it and it disturbed me.
“I looked at my kids and what they were subjected to and their behaviour.
“My friend said, ‘You can’t let this go out, it’s disgraceful’. ”
The Osbournes showed major events like Sharon’s cancer battle and Ozzy’s near-fatal quad-bike accident.
But shocking moments include Jack hearing his parents discussing their sex lives in a radio interview.
Another episode saw Kelly physically attack Jack after he danced with her rival, singer Christina Aguilera.
But Sharon said: “There were people that had heard of Ozzy but had never seen him.
“So the series helped. Fans we never thought he’d reach, he reached.”
