Sonic the Hedgehog 3 is the most exciting entry in the franchise yet because of how many characters are included in the film. Not only has Sonic finally formed a deep bond with his allies Tails and Knuckles, but a new alien creature is introduced that changes everything for the franchise. After being teased at the end of Sonic 2, Shadow finally makes his debut in Sonic the Hedgehog 3. Shadow is not only one of the best characters in Sonic the Hedgehog 3, but also the most dangerous threat Sonic and his allies have ever faced.
