However, Mark did not know that Helena Eagan, Helly’s outie, was masquerading as Helly at the time to spy on him and the rest of Lumon’s Macrodata Refiner department in Severance. This event has had massive ramifications on the duo’s relationship in Severance season 2, and the show has already teased that it will lead to so much more.
