A MARRIED At First Sight couple have secretly reunited after their sad split.

Married At First Sight 2024 wrapped up last week, and it looks like none of the couples are still together.
Holly Ditchfield and Alex Henry – who had a very turbulent relationship on the programme – both voted to leave at the end of the fifth ceremony.
The pair have raised a few eyebrows in recent weeks after the were seen kissing each other while on a recent night out.
But now we can confirm that they’re an item again.
A source said: “Holly and Alex are secretly giving their relationship another go.
“They are taking baby steps at the moment and it’s not 100% official, but they are testing the waters and trying to make things work.
“The pressure cooker of the experiment was too much for their relationship but now the show is over and no longer airing, they are quietly seeing if they can make a go of things a second time.
“They’ve always fancied each other like mad, so if they can work on their communication, they could be a really strong couple.”
Holly and Alex said ‘I Do’ just moments after meeting each other down the aisle as part of the experiment.
Although they had an initial attraction, their relationship got off to a rocky start.
Holly was left fuming when she heard of a comment that Alex said about ‘wife swapping’ if he wasn’t happy with who he was paired with.
Alex opted to leave, whereas Holly wanted to stay – meaning that they had to both try and make things work.
The two certainly had their ups and downs, but still agreed to stay in the experiment until things became to much for them in episode 25.
Alex didn’t return to the show after they left, whereas Holly certainly caused drama between herself and Hannah Norburn – and the show received 500 Ofcom complaints about the reunion episode.
But that hasn’t stopped them sharing what they’ve been up to on social media – which has left a lot of fans wondering if they are actually together.
Alex and Holly have shared numerous posts of their recent shenanigans on Instagram.
Mafs couples that have stood the test of time
Loved-up Tayah Victoria and Adam Aveling of series six fame had the first Mafs baby.
The pair couldn’t keep their hands off each other on the programme and quickly found their feet in the outside world, moving into Adam’s Doncaster home.
Just 18 months after meeting, the couple welcomed their daughter Beau.
Season five couple Michelle Walder and Owen Jenkins also managed to make their marriage work away from the cameras and had their first child in December.
Teacher Michelle, 29, has no regrets about taking part in the experiment. She told us: “I just feel very lucky and thankful that it has worked out – and excited for everything to come.”
Michelle and Owen were both sick of dating apps when they applied in 2019.
Owen recalled: “I had been out for some drinks with a friend after work.
“While he was out for a cigarette I was scrolling on Instagram waiting for him to come back in.
“The MAFS advert was the last thing I saw, and I joked, ‘Wouldn’t it be funny if I signed up?’
“A few beers later when I was back at home I sent in the application, and the rest is history.”
Another couple to make Mafs UK history is Zoe Clifton and Jenna Robinson.
Despite a slight rocky start, where they clashed over Jenna’s vegan lifestyle, the show’s first same sex pairing are still going strong.
They even have a successful podcast together called Life With a Pod.
Jenna shed light on being involved in the show earlier this year when she told us: “We’re not legally married, and I never felt like we were. I definitely feel the process makes you take the relationship a lot more seriously and having the help of the experts… if you can survive that process it sets a firm foundation for a long-lasting relationship.”
Sharing a sweet snap of them together, Alex told fans: “Hi guys, I just wanted to address what’s been going on with Holly.
“Please understand that we are all human and we on the show have been through a crazy and very unique process that not many people will understand.
“There’s hours and hours of filming condensed into a short episode, so things can be manipulated to paint a narrative and stir waters so the public will talk.
“Controversy sells, as we all know very well now.
“So all I ask in defence of Holly and the entire cast is that you please give us some grace and understanding and try to be kind and acknowledge that your comments and trolling can really affect people.”
He later confused fans by sharing a video of them spending the day together with the caption: “MAFSUK Day out with my ex wife @hollylouiseditchfield.”
The pair also celebrated co-stars Adam Nightingale and Amy Victoria’s final vows at a private party.
Earlier this month the couple ‘confirmed’ that they were back on with their PDA while out.
They were spotted sharing a passionate kiss in the street during an unexpected reunion.
