Tamra Judge seemingly shared more details about her The Real Housewives of Orange County exit.

Tamra Judge Cries Over Teddi Mellencamp’s ‘Health Stuff’ Amid Brain Tumors
Bravo has yet to announce the show’s season 19 cast lineup, though Gretchen Rossi is confirmed to return as a “friend” of the group. Judge, meanwhile, was recently spotted filming in New Orleans with her castmates Shannon Beador, Heather Dubrow, Katie Ginella, Gina Kirschenheiter, Jennifer Pedranti and Emily Simpson. (Us Weekly reached out to Bravo for comment.)
Judge didn’t mention RHOC by name in her Sunday Instagram Story message, but did note that she’s had “a long run” on the Bravo reality series. “When life gives you real problems this reality s— doesn’t make sense,” she added. “Peace out I’m out.”
She followed-up her exit post with an Instagram Story selfie on Monday, March 10, which she captioned, “Mental health is health.”

Judge has been a mainstay on RHOC for several years, first appearing on the show’s third season in 2007. She briefly stepped away from the reality series after season 14 in 2019 but returned as a full-time cast member for season 17 in 2023.
“I think that being off for two years was probably the best thing that you could have ever done to me, even though I didn’t like it,” she told Andy Cohen during a July 2022 episode of Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen. “Once you’re on that long, you become a professional ‘Housewife.’ And then once you’re off it … you go on and live a normal life, and then you come back, and you’re like, ‘I was kind of an asshole.’ So, you come back with a different perspective. And I saw that when I filmed [The Real Housewives] Ultimate Girls Trip [season 2].”
News of Judge’s apparent RHOC exit comes as she’s been supporting her friend and “Two Ts in a Pod” podcast cohost Teddi Mellencamp amid her brain tumor surgery and subsequent recovery.
“Heavenly father, we come before you today with heavy hearts. Praying for the healing of @teddimellencamp we ask that you extend your merciful hand and touch her with your power to restore her health,” Judge wrote via her Instagram Story after Mellencamp’s surgery last month. “Ease her pain. And bring comfort to her spirit. Grant her strength to endure this difficult time, and surround her with your love and peace. In Jesus’ name, amen.”
Judge later addressed fans who questioned why she wasn’t sharing updates on Mellencamp’s condition. “Some people are getting mean with me, going, ‘Why won’t you give us an update?’ And I just said, ‘I’m so sorry. I know you’re concerned, but it’s not my place. It’s not my place,’” she explained on the February 19 episode of her and Mellencamp’s podcast. “All I can do is pray on her and love her like all of her friends are doing. And that’s it.”
Earlier this month, Mellencamp, 43, revealed via Instagram that doctors discovered five more tumors — three in her brain and two on her lungs — after her surgery, all of which were a “direct result of my melanoma.” (The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum has been battling skin cancer since 2022.)
