Britney Haynes proved she’s a gamer in the Traitors season 3 finale when she voted to cut her fellow traitor, Danielle Reyes.
Not only did that make her the last Traitor standing, it added more fuel to an already turbulent relationship. And if she had been a Faithful, she would have gone even further.
Speaking to Us Weekly exclusively after she was banished in the final roundtable of the season, Britney, 36, said she would not have wanted to split the prize pot with the remaining Faithfuls.
“No. Are you kidding me? Absolutely not,” she said. “Ivar had literally said the words in the castle. I’m not even exaggerating. He had literally said the words that he wasn’t there for the money. So if for no other reason, I would’ve been like, ‘I’m so happy you love this experience, but I am, so bye.’ What? Absolutely not.”

After Britney left the game, faithfuls Dolores Catania, Dylan Efron, Lord Ivar Mountbatten and Gabby Windey voted unanimously to end the game and split the $204,300 grand prize.

Though Britney was a traitor, she nearly made it to the final, only losing after Dylan convinced the remaining faithfuls to eliminate her at the final roundtable. The Big Brother alum came away impressed with Dylan, who had no prior competitive reality experience.
“He was really always trying. He wasn’t always right, but he was really always trying. And he did clue into many, many things,” she said. “He really was able to kind of pull the pieces together.”
More than that, Dylan emerged as a leader of the Faithfuls as the season continued.

“When you had Dylan, you were golden because he was pretty influential,” Britney continued. “He [was] so likable, people listened to what he had to say. His arguments are sound and reasonable. Losing Dylan equally as powerful in a negative way, but having Dylan is huge, and so I do think that he played a really great game.”
Ultimately, it was Dylan who led the charge to eliminate Britney, picking up on Danielle’s parting shot at her as a sign of one traitor betraying another.
“I don’t fault her,” Britney said of Danielle’s emotional response. “I don’t fault her for not being like, ‘Oh, thanks for voting me out, but I really want you to win here. Let me make it easier for you.’ I totally understand her perspective on why she wouldn’t want to do that, and I also understand her perspective.”
Britney and Danielle continued to hash out their differences on the reunion show, which dropped along with the finale on Thursday, March 6. After the finale, host Alan Cumming confirmed The Traitors will return for a fourth U.S. season.
