Kumasi Asante Kotoko’s slain supporter, Nana Pooley, is being buried today in the Ashanti Region.
Family, friends, and foes have gathered to bid their final goodbyes to the young man who supported Kumasi Asante Kotoko with all his might.
Pooley died after he was stabbed during Kotoko’s away game against Nsoatreman FC in a league match.
Some arrests have been made as a result, with the latest being the girlfriend of the prime suspect.
The Ghana Premier League had to be suspended as a result of the death, for enhanced security measures to be instituted.
The league is expected to resume after Pooley has been laid to rest
