A SCOTTISH Premiership footballer may have given a subtle nod to Celtic fans with his latest post on social media.
All he shared was a picture of him at a game in which Hoops fans can be seen in the background.

But it’s what else was in the background that suggests a deeper meaning behind this particular post.
Oday Dabbagh had his first experience of Celtic Park last week as the Hoops hosted Aberdeen in Glasgow.
Celtic ran out 5-1 winners on Wednesday but one Dons star noticed something of particular importance to him in the crowd that night.
Dabbagh was signed by the Pittodrie club in the January transfer window, joining on loan from Charleroi with an option to buy.
The striker is a Palestinian international and it is perhaps no coincidence that the photo he shared from Celtic Park showed a Palestine flag in the background.
The flag appears to be being flown from the standing section of the ground, where the Green Brigade are housed.
Celtic fans have been known for their support of Palestine over the years, at times putting their club at the risk of punishment from Uefa due to “political statements”.
During the team’s home game against Bayern Munich in the Champions League, fans held up a ‘Show Israel the Red Card’ protest banner at Parkhead.
Palestine flags have been seen numerous times at the stadium in recent times, indeed to the point now where it is almost a common sight.
Dabbagh has 46 caps for Palestine, with 15 goals scored.
His first post on his Instagram since joining Aberdeen came after scoring his first goal for the club in a dramatic late win over Kilmanrock last month.
He wrote: “Thanks for the warm welcome! I felt at home from the very first moment. Looking forward to many great experiences with the Dons!”
This post is his latest since then, and came with no caption attached.
The image shows him with his back to the camera and the Palestine flag in the distance behind him, as he stands waiting to restart play.
