What did Stuart take from Rick?

Ted receives a call from Rick informing him that everyone on the 25th floor of the firm is gone, including every senior member of every department except Sports and Entertainment. Ted realizes Stuart took all of his employees. Instead of calling and reporting it, Ted wants to keep it low because the firm will be in trouble.

Rick confronts Stuart and realizes instead of signing a paper for the merger, he signed an agreement to give him all the employees. Stuart refuses to work with Rick because of his selfish nature, thinking the company revolves around him. Stuart threatens Rick that he will reveal why he left New York if he comes after him.

Stuart calls Erica to attempt to poach her for information, and in return, he promises to make her Head of Entertainment. He pushes further, saying Ted would never put her in charge. Erica uses this to approach Rick about his giving her the job, and she doesn’t budge. Afterward, she approaches Ted, who tells her he promised Rick the job. Ultimately, he tells Rick he plans to make them co-head of Entertainment.
