The brand Stanley has gone viral over the past year, with many racing to pick up their popular flask.

But now, Aldi has you sorted with three new products.

The range will hit the famous middle aisle on Sunday, March 2, and probably won’t stick around for long.

First up is the Mini Travel Flask, which is selling for just €5.99.

Shoppers can choose from three colours – cream, orange, pink or teal.

The flask carries 580ml, and has a handle and built-in straw.

In the official item description on the Aldi website, bosses wrote: “Perfect for on the go hydration, this Travel Flask keeps drinks hot or cold for hours.”

Shoppers may recognize this flask, as it is very similar to the smaller version of the viral Stanley dupe.

The Aldi version is just slightly smaller than the Stanley Quencher H2.0 FlowStat Tumbler that measures 0.8L.

The Stanley version retails for €45 and comes in a large range of colours.

It is made from stainless steel and is BPA-free, with a double-wall vacuum insulation and a powder coat finish.

But by shopping in Aldi, you can save €39.01 – which is a huge saving for two products that look identical.

The only thing missing is the Stanley logo.

Next, shoppers can get a dupe of the version that went viral – the larger insulated cup.

The Travel Flask With Handle costs just €1 more, retailing for €6.99.

Shoppers can choose from the same options as the product above – cream, orange, pink or teal.

The stainless steel double walled flask has a handle, and keeps your drinks hotter or colder for longer.

Aldi bosses said: “Keep hydrated on the go, whether it’s a hot or cold beverage, your favourite drink will stay perfect for longer.”

And it’s an almost perfect dupe for The Quencher ProTour Flip Straw Tumbler that holds 1.2L of liquid.

But this retails for €55 on the Stanley website, so by shopping in Aldi you can save €48.01.

ACCESSORY MUST-HAVE

And finally, Aldi is also selling the perfect accessory to add to your new flask.

The Flask Snack Tray costs just €3.99, and comes in the same colours as the flasks.

It measures 20.5 x 20.5 x 4.4cm and is perfect for convenient snacking on the go.

THE HISTORY OF ALDI

The German discount supermarket chain came to Ireland in 1999.

Aldi’s first few shops opened in November 1999, with locations in Sandyford, Dublin, and Ballincollig, Cork.

By the mid-2000s, Aldi bosses had opened numerous stores, focusing on providing high-quality products at low prices.

As the recession hit 2008-2012, Aldi’s popularity grew as consumers became more price-conscious.

The supermarket giant continued it’s expansion in Ireland between 2013-2018, while refurbishing existing stores.

By 2018, Aldi had over 130 shops throughout the country.

The chain began to focus on expanding its range of Irish-made products and supporting local producers.

In 2023, Aldi had over 140 stores in Ireland.

The store invested in sustainability initiatives, such as reducing plastic packaging and increasing the availability of organic and eco-friendly products.

Aldi chiefs said: “At Aldi we are committed to supporting Irish suppliers. Developed in partnership with Bord Bia, Grow with Aldi is designed to help the very best Irish suppliers develop their brand.

“To date, we’ve invested €10 million in our Grow with Aldi development programme in a bid to find the very best Irish suppliers.

“As a result, for a limited time only there are over 47 new products, from 27 Irish suppliers available in store.”

Aldi have introduced technological advancements with self-checkout systems and contactless payment options.

Aldi bosses said: “Serve up delicious snacks with this convenient Flask Snack Tray.”

The pieces are perfect for summer, to ensure your drink is kept nice and cool in the hotter temperatures.

And by adding the snack tray, you can make snacking on the go easy.
