DUBLIN Zoo are set to unveil a never-before-seen dinosaur exhibition that’s “the world’s most realistic” yet.
The popular Dublin city attraction will open Zoorassic Trail from March 12.

The exhibition is home to over 40 types of animatronic dinosaurs, including a Brachiosaurus over 65-feet high.
And it includes dinosaur egg attractions for children to explore and nesting sites filled with giant eggs.
It also boasts a 40-foot-tall Tyrannosaurus rex, and a Triceratops the size of an ice cream van which are designed with scientific accuracy in mind.
The robotic creatures move, roar and breathe as near to their real-life counterparts as possible.
The brand-new collection was designed by Dublin Zoo alongside experts at Dino Don Inc, whose CEO worked with screen legend Steven Spielberg on Jurassic Park.
Zoorassic Trail is set to open from March 12, and will be included in the price of a Dublin Zoo ticket.
Dr Christoph Schwitzer, Director of Dublin Zoo said: “Dinosaurs have taken over Dublin Zoo.
“The Zoorassic Trail experience officially opens tomorrow, March 12, and we eagerly await our visitors’ reactions to the world’s largest and most accurate dinosaurs.
“As well as offering an immensely enjoyable experience, Zoorassic Trail will offer educational insights into the evolutionary legacy of these magnificent creatures, highlighting connections to modern species you will see at Dublin Zoo today.
“We hope that this will help spark a passion for conservation within our visitors’ hearts.
“We’re on a mission to cultivate the next generation of conservationists, whose efforts can help prevent today’s species from suffering the dinosaurs’ fate of extinction.”
‘Dino Don’ Lessem, CEO of Dino Don Inc, said: “I’m thrilled to bring the world’s biggest and most lifelike animatronic dinosaurs to Dublin Zoo for the incredible Zoorassic Trail.
“At Dino Don, we pride ourselves on creating the most accurate representations of dinosaurs you’ll find anywhere on the planet, so we’re confident Zoorassic Trail at Dublin Zoo will be a jaw-dropping experience for visitors.
“Having advised on the Jurassic Park films, I’ve spent my career bringing dinosaurs to life, and I can’t wait for visitors in Ireland to experience them up close in this truly immersive and unforgettable setting.”
Fans of Dublin Zoo are delighted with the news and took to social media to gush about the announcement.
Reacting to a video on social media showcasing the new creatures, one person said: “Looks incredible, my 8-year-old is dinosaur obsessed.”
Another commented: “Cannot wait to book.”
A third person added: “Never mind the kids I wanna go see this.”
