CRUFTS host Clare Balding was playfully pinned down onto the sofa by an excitable dog as she presented live on Channel 4.
The presenter was repeatedly ‘kissed’ by the pooch who hilariously stole the show.

Clare was in the Crufts studio with Reuben the cockerspaniel when she was outshone while doing a piece to camera.
“Good evening and welcome to Crufts,” said Clare,
“We’re here at the NEC in Birmingham and this is Reuben…”
She was then thrown back onto the sofa as Reuben licked her face.
Clare attempted to carry on the monologue – explaining english cocker spaniels are the most successful breed at Crufts, winning best in show seven times.
“Reuben, are you excited to be on the telly?,” laughed Clare.
“Would you like to see what’s coming up? Here we go..”
Crufts is on its last of four days – with more than 20,000 pampered pooches arriving from all over the world for the prestigious competition.
Best in Show winners receive a replica of the solid silver Keddall Memorial Trophy (named after Robert Keddall, show manager for 30 years).
They also reportedly take home a modest cash prize of £100 – but are expected to land way more in sponsorship deals and stud fees into the thousands.
