It’s been about 18 months since Natalie Portman and Benjamin Millepied’s marriage came under the microscope. Back in 2023, he allegedly cheated on Portman, and since then, they’ve split up, and he’s been dating again. But what about Portman? Well, after months and months of speculation, the Black Swan star has officially moved on as well with a private French musician named Tanguy Destable.
French outlet Voici was the first to report news of their new relationship with Destable, posting photos of them looking rather cozy together on a night out in France. People later confirmed the news of this new romance between Portman and Destable, whose stage name is Tepr.
Now, not much is known about this new romance, but it does mark the first public romance Portman has had since her split with Millepied; so fans are itching to know more.
Back in June 2023, French magazine Voici posted photos of Millepied and Camille Étienne entering his Paris office separately and leaving the same office two hours later, only 10 minutes apart, raising further speculation of an affair.
For those who don’t know, Portman and Millepied started their romance in 2009 after meeting on the set of the film Black Swan. They married in 2012, and later welcomed two children together named Aleph and Amalia. In 2023, they split up after the alleged affair came to light.
