Long Island caretaker arrested in caught-on-video abuse of woman, 83

The senior – who suffers from a cognitive disorder – was visibly bruised up inside her Woodmere home when her legal guardian questioned the caretaker, Merlyn Fredericks, 36, the morning of Feb. 19, according to Nassau County Police.
