WHILE Fearne Cotton often makes an effort to keep her private life on the down low, it appears she was previously much more open when it came to her sex life.
Just last week, the 43-year-old, who first burst onto the scene in the 90s as a kids TV presenter, was pictured sharing a passionate kiss with TV director Elliot Hegarty on a night out.

The public display of affection came as friends revealed they have been quietly dating since January.
It comes after Fearne announced she had split with Reef guitarist Jesse Wood – son of Rolling Stones rocker Ronnie Wood – on December 16.
For a while, Fearne’s love life mostly dwindled out of public interest after she tied-the-knot back in 2014.
But shortly after celebrating their 10th wedding anniversary, the couple announced that they had called it quits via a candid Instagram announcement.
And after the Celebrity Juice star’s very public snog with TV boss Elliot, who has worked on BBC romcom Cheaters, and Disney+ hit Rivals, here Fabulous takes a look inside her wild sex life…
Splits in the bedroom
The mother, who shares two children with her ex Jesse – son Rex, 11, and eight-year-old daughter Honey, previously boasted about her sex skills.

The blonde beauty, who is also a dedicated step-mum to Arthur, 23, and Lola, 19, from Jesse’s first marriage to Tilly Wood, confessed that she is ‘very flexible’ and often does the splits in the bedroom.
She previously told The Sun: “I can do the splits, which is a great skill to have.
“I used to be a dancer so I am very…flexible. I’m naturally bendy.
“If blokes want to explore that quality, then that’s up to them.”
‘Good in bed’ boast
Not only this, but Fearne also claimed to enjoy sex four times a night.
She claimed she is ‘good in bed’[/caption]
She also confessed to wearing lingerie and high heels and claimed to get Brazilian waxes regularly.
And whilst dating Jesse, Fearne acknowledged that she had got better in bed with age.
She continued: “I’ve got to the age when I feel more confident in bed than I ever have. I feel like a proper woman.”

Fearne also told us: “I like my body and I like sex.
“So, yeah, I’m good in bed. I’ll throw that out there. ‘I’m Good In Bed Says Fearne!’ There’s your headline.”
Giving ‘too much’ to ‘bad boys’
Despite her thriving body confidence back in the day, Fearne also got candid on picking up bad boys along the way.

Reflecting on her younger days, she recognised: “When I was younger, I went for bad boys so I could live vicariously through them but still be square and good, which I am at heart.
“But, looking back, I wish I hadn’t bothered with most of them.
“It was way more hassle than it was worth and I wasn’t being me; I was so insecure about who I was that I would try to be a different person every time. I gave too much.”
‘Explode with joy’
Whilst many may see sex as a way to relax, Fearne previously revealed that this is definitely the case for her.

The TV and radio presenter shared the three main things that help her unwind after a long day – and of course getting frisky in the bedroom is one of them.
She told The Observer: “You get so pent up with work and everything else in your life you can’t deny yourself everything.
“Drink, chocolate, sex – you need that release.
“I get a really good release from having a drink, or a run or having sex.
“All three at the same time and I’d probably explode with joy.”
Sex as an ‘in-the-moment experience’
In a recent episode of her podcast, Happy Place, Fearne opened up about sex and the intimate pressures women face during a conversation with author and illustrator Flo Perry.

Talking about a woman’s relationship with her body during sex, Flo, author of How To Have Feminist Sex, shared: “It’s a reason a lot of women don’t enjoy sex as much as they could because they’re preoccupied by thinking about what they look like and [if] they fit into this very narrow definition of ‘what is sexy’ that the media gives us.

June 2011 – Fearne Cotton and Jesse Wood began dating one another after meeting at a party in Ibiza. Fearne had split from her ex, also called Jesse, just two months prior whilst Jesse Wood had separated from his wife of eight years, Tilly, in 2010.
August 2012 – The couple confirm they are expecting their first child together just 14 months into their relationship.
February 2013 – Fearne gives birth to their son Rex Rayne Wood and takes an extended period of leave from her mid-morning show on BBC Radio 1 to focus on motherhood.
December 2013 – The couple confirm they are engaged and reveal their plans to marry the following year.
July 2014 – Fearne and Jesse wed in an intimate London ceremony on the 4th of July. The showbiz wedding is attended by guests including Holly Willoughby, Keith Lemon and the member of supergroup, McBusted.
September 2015 – The couple become parents once more as they welcome their daughter, Honey Krissy Wood.
July 2020 – Fearne makes a rare admission about the state of her marriage and admits that the Covid lockdown has put pressure on her and Jesse. She admitted to rowing with him in front of their children as a result of being “stuck within four walls trying to survive”. Fearne said of their rowing antics: “I am a very fiery person, and Jesse can also be quite fiery. We’ve certainly argued in front of the kids. Most parents have at some point. It’s not regular but we have definitely had a pop at each other in front of them — and you don’t feel good about it after. I’ve also shouted at my kids like I think most parents have, especially during lockdown.”
July 2024 – Fearne and Jesse celebrated their 10th wedding anniversary and appear happier than ever by taking part in a Beckham-esque photoshoot by donning their original wedding attire.
3rd December 2024 – Fearne shares her shock at finding two benign tumours on her jawline that require immediate surgery.
13 December 2024 – Just 10 days later, Fearne confirms her marriage is over and that she has split from Jesse for good.
“When in fact, that is a very narrow definition compared to what people actually find sexy, which is: everything. Whatever you’re selling, there’s always going to be something that somebody’s buying.
“Every woman has had a time when you’re having sex and you look down and and you think “oh no, this isn’t what I imagined I look like. This isn’t what it looks like in porn. Oh no, I’ve found this patch of hair that I didn’t remove”. It’s distracting and it takes away the moment.”
To this, Fearne responded: “It is [distracting] and it should be free from any mental rumination – it should be a physical in-the-moment experience.”
She then elaborated: “Those things are road bumps, they do knock you off course or make you lose confidence.
“And it can be from things that we’ve been socially conditioned to believe are the norm, like “women don’t have armpit hair or pubes” – that’s something that we all go, “oh yeah women don’t have armpit hair” and if you do, it’s a “strange thing”.”
Feeling sexy at the local Travelodge
Despite her racy confessions, back in 2021, Fearne admitted she and Jesse were struggling to find “alone time” for each other during the Coronavirus lockdown.

Speaking with Alan Carr on his podcast Life’s A Beach, Fearne admitted: “Sexy time hasn’t happened for so long in terms of me going anywhere.”
Despite this, she beamed: “I think for me and my husband, booking into the local Travelodge would make us feel sexy at the moment.”
She then continued: “We have had no time alone because of the ridiculous pandemic but before all this craziness, Paris was our go-to.
“Not every weekend, maybe once a year. But it felt well special because it’s so chic and beautiful.”
“It just has an air of something gorgeous, doesn’t it? I love it there.”
