COMMUTERS have been left stunned at the end results of an Irish station’s €411 million renovation – and it includes cafes, shops and a Scottish bar
The Belfast Grand Central Station reopened to the public in October and has been taking commuters’ breath away with its new look.

The new station is the largest transport hub on the island of Ireland, providing eight railway platforms and 26 bus stands.
The new £340 million (€405,843,108) station opened in September for bus services, designed to cater for 20 million passenger journeys a year.
The train services were on hold at the station as safety checks needed to be carried out before fully opening in October.
New signalling had to be installed before train services could start operating from the new station.
Now, the train platforms and services are up and running, providing connections for commuters in Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.
Since the opening in October, hundreds of commuters have taken to social media to share their thoughts after exploring the new Belfast Grand Central Station for the first time.
Irish influencer Darragh Greene took to Instagram to share his reaction after entering the train station for the first time.
Captioning the post, he said: “First time visiting the new Grand Central Station in Belfast.”
He shared some clips of the brand-new station, revealing the sleek and modern look with the big board showing the times of train arrivals and departures.
The new station also provides shops and cafes for commuters to grab some food and drinks to fuel themselves for their journeys.
People can also dine at Brewdog, Starbucks, and Pret while waiting for their service.
Brewdog is a popular Scottish brewery that provides fantastic craft beers, including headliners and guest beers from local breweries.
And they offer some breakfast and brunch dishes, including their popular stacked burgers and wings.
Many facilities are available, including the ATM, first aid room, water filling station, vending machines, and public wifi.
‘FANTASTIC’
Darragh’s fans were left shocked by how beautiful the new Belfast Grand Central Station and how much they have to offer for commuters.
One person wrote: “Oh my god, it’s massive! It looks like an airport.”
Another person added: “Unbelievable location, views from the top are fantastic!”
The third person said: “This is a piece of art.”
