One look at Arnold Schwarzenegger‘s body will have you motivated to get yourself a gym membership. The guy is 77 years old, for crying out loud, and he still probably could lift more than those half his age.

Taking to Reddit, Schwarzenegger opened up about his diet and why it is important to include protein in your meals if you are looking to build lean muscle and get rid of unwanted fat.
