Animal Bar
Nestle axed its Animal Bar in November 2023 leaving fans devastated

The milk chocolate bars are animal themed and designed for children.

Much like Nestle‘s Animal Bar which was discontinued in November 2023.

Following Animal Bars axing, fans sobbed on social media: “Used to love these as a kid. Shame they’ve gone.”

While another said: “Loved this chocolate bar.”

Followed by a third: “Please don’t discontinue the Animal Bar it’s the best.”

However, it appears B&M has answered fans’ prayers and provided them with an affordable dupe.

Animal Bars had two different animals on along with their names moulded on the surface of the chocolate.

The mini chocolate bars were made for children and came with a fun game inside the wrapper.

Despite being a fan favourite since 1963, Nestle axed the product due to a lack of sales.

According to B&M’s website, “kids will love the delicious taste of milk chocolate with these animal themed Cocoa Co Zoo Bars.”

They come in packs of 10 at 98 calories per bar.

On B&M’s website they happen to be low in stock and subject to availability.

However, there is an option to find your nearest store and get directions.

It comes after a beady-eyed buyer spotted the bars in Poundland.

They posted to a Facebook group dedicated to nostalgic snacks to share their discovery.

Another claimed that Tesco still sells the little chocolate bars.

Followed by a third who said they were in Asda.

Of course, it’s important to bear in mind that the Animal Bars spotted in the shops are old stock still in circulation.
