Avengers: Doomsday seems to be shaping up to be quite the spectacle if all the leaked art is supposed to be believed. From Star Lord, to White Vision, to Doom holding court with his Sheriff Doctor Strange, while Yelena Belova forces some figure to kneel before him: everything that has come out so far has fans very, very, very excited for what’s to come.
The concept art, the source of which was swiftly snuffed out, seems to have already begun proliferating through major social media sites. These pieces of what seems to be official concept art, give audiences a healthy idea about who will be in the Avengers: Doomsday, and there seems to be a heavy focus on a slew of characters that fans have not seen in a while.
The concept art reveals a lot of Avengers: Doomsday
Doctor Strange is Doom’s councillor, a New Black Panther, and Star-Lord’s new friend. The many oddities of the leaked concept art have fans intrigued as to what exactly Marvel is planning for Avengers: Doomsday. While there is a healthy circulation of these images being billed as concept art for Doomsday, the look that they sport could also be mistaken for Secret Wars, given the aesthetics it boasts.
Among the pictures is also a shot of what seems like a town of hulks, with a focus on Bruce Banner, Jennifer Walters (in a historical outfit) talking to another Hulk, which might or might not be Bruce’s son Skaaar. There also seems to be a new Black Panther in the cards that is sporting a cape, and while there is a full-faced concept art for the character, it is difficult to figure out if it is made in the likeness of a single actor or not.
Doomsday seems to be tying up a lot of loose ends and paying them off
Avengers: Doomsday is seemingly going to involve a lot of characters that have so far seemed they have a connection to each other. Additional art that has found its way online, shows a lot of young heroes like Kate Bishop, Cassie Lang, Kamala Khan, and Billy and Tommy Maximoff hanging out with Star Lord and Wong, while another depicts Star Lord seemingly hanging out with White Vision.
There are characters that have not been leaked yet, such as Daredevil, Wonder Man, Moon Knight, and The Fantastic Four. The X-Men also seem oddly absent from all the concept art that has been leaked. Given that this was not an official release, this does not mean that they are not in the film.
For all audiences know, they play a major part among the heroes. Interestingly enough, characters like Sam Wilson are also absent, which might hint at who might be the main team of Avengers in this universe. Major players like Captain Marvel and Spider-Man are also a no-show in the leaks.
