AN onscreen grapple with singer Gareth Gates had lasting consequences for Amber Turner – leaving her with leaking boobs.
The stunt, in Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins, ruptured her breast implant and left her with silicone seeping into her lymph nodes.

Now in an exclusive interview Amber, 31, has revealed how she needs to endure yet more surgery to resolve the issue.
But, despite the silicone moving around in her body, she’s decided to put off going under the knife until she has had children.
When she discovered the lump last April, the TOWIE star made an emergency dash to the doctor to ensure it was nothing sinister.
To her relief, medics immediately ruled out cancer.
“Nothing was cancerous,” she said. “I had an implant that was leaking.”
Amber recently swapped Essex for a new life in Dubai but filmed Channel 4 reality show Celebrity SAS Who Dares Wins in 2023 before she left Britain.
During a tough challenge with eventual winner Gareth Gates, 40, the pair had to grapple in the water.
A few months later, while filming Towie in Bali, she found the lump.
She was filmed being sent for an ultrasound scan and the cause of the lump near her armpit was quickly discovered.
“I have had two MRI scans and they’re not sure if the leak was from a previous implant that got taken out and then I got my new ones in, or if it is these ones,” she explained.
“The only way they are going to know is by operating and redoing my boobs.
“They think it is silicone leaking into my lymph nodes but it is not toxic and not harmful for my body.
“But eventually I need to get my boobs done. I haven’t had the chance to do it yet.
“I don’t even want to have another boob job to be honest until I have kids.”

Amber is currently back in Bali filming another series of the ITVBE reality show.
But since she had her last boob job less than four years ago, she is no hurry to go under the knife again soon.

She added: “These are only three or four years old and you’ve got to go under anaesthetic.
“I will get them done at some point.
“It wasn’t something I was fussed about but obviously when I get back I need to look at getting it done.
“But I know it is nothing sinister. I have had my ultrasound and MRIs.”

Love triangle tears
Amber struggled during their last trip to Bali, when her ex-boyfriend Dan Edgar hooked up with Ella Rae Wise.
Dan and Ella have been in an on-again, off-again romance since February 2024.
Amber cried to her friends in a Towie episode as she admitted being “hurt” by Dan’s new romance.
There had been rumours he had cheated on Amber with Ella in the past.
She said at the time: “He left me in tears so often I can’t cry anymore.”
She added: “This year is a definitely a bit calmer.”

Amber moved on from the painful split last year and is now dating Archie Chandler.
She and the Kent-based businessman got together in May 2024 and when she turned 31, Archie sent her 100 white roses.
As always, Amber has her close knit group of friends, known as Girlband, to rely on.
She has been hanging out with Courtney Green, Chloe Meadows, Elma Pazar, Dani Imbert and Harry Derbidge.
Many of the the original Towie stars are all still friends despite living all round the world.
The trip was a reunion for the group since Chloe plans to return to Australia and Amber has relocated to Dubai.

“I am here on a holiday with the girls,” said Amber.
“For Girlband, it is the one-year anniversary of Harry being in the group. He loves it.
“And we have got Dani in the Girlband. She is a new addition.
“She has been hanging around with us a lot.
“I have always respected Dani for having her own opinions and not allowing other people to dictate who she can and can’t be friends with.
“We’ve all been out. There isn’t a divide at all.”

She added: “I am backwards and forwards – I come and see the girls and family.
“They do come out quite a lot. It is not that far.
“Chloe is like an Aussie chick, she’d go and live there tomorrow if she could! She used to live there.
“So that leaves Harry and Courtney home.
“But that is what happens as adults you all kind of go your separate ways.

“No matter the distance between us we will still be best friends forever – we speak every day in our group.
“We are all going to be each other’s bridesmaids.
“It is already all planned – whenever it happens.

TOWIE STARS SPIN OFF
WITH the announcement TOWIE will return in 2025 for two new series, it’s good news for some former ITVBE stars, too
TWO of the show’s best loved former stars will celebrate their own big life moments with a spin off series featuring Tommy Mallet and Georgia Kousoulou.
Their new show title is currently unconfirmed.
The pair, who first met and found love on TOWIE back in 2014, finally say ‘I Do’ in a three part special produced by Objective Entertainment.
The show will follow on from the success of their Baby Steps series.
