BUYING a house can be expensive and seem like a long-off goal.
However, the solution to the problem could lie on Amazon, which is selling a tiny home for just £7,000.

The small dwelling is listed as a “luxury granny flat” and comes with two separate rooms that can be used as living spaces.
Costing £7,674.22, it can be delivered within less than a month from the online retailer.
In the model, they showed how they had configured the 20ft home to be a bedroom and a lounge space.
However, they stated there are customisable options available if you want extra rooms, and you can contact the supplier to tailor it to you.
Thankfully the home seems easy to construct and they claim it takes between just three to five minutes before it is ready to move in.
And it only needs two to three people to assemble, with no foundations necessary.
Not only could it be used for a granny flat, an extra bedroom or an office space, but it could also be a money-earner too, if you rented it out.
It’s important to note that it doesn’t come with a bathroom or kitchen area – and these would have to be added.
The description states it is “a practical and economical option for construction sites, remote work camps, disaster relief efforts, and even tourism accommodations.”
It is constructed from “lightweight yet robust materials” and claims to have “exceptional durability.”
The home is said to be suitable for a range of climates as it comes with a “reinforced structure and weather-resistant materials.”
In fact, the fire safety-rated home is touted as being able to withstand earthquakes and strong winds.
The home ships from China but there is a 30-day period for returns or replacement if you change your mind.
One thing to note is it’s not easy to move the home without proper transportation as it weighs 6,610 pounds.

However, it could prove to be the perfect solution for those struggling to get on the property ladder or looking for extra space for visiting family.
Tiny homes have boomed in popularity over the past decade, mainly down to affordability and sustainability reasons, and the desire for minimalist living.
Millennials and Generation X are the primary adopters of tiny homes, with the majority of tiny home dwellers being between 30 and 50 years old.
Are tiny homes legal in the UK?
TINY houses can be UK regardless of whether they are on a trailer base or not. The legality of tiny houses is all to do with where it is and what you use it for.
If you want to put your tiny house in the back garden of the home that you own, and the overall size of your tiny house does not exceed 19.8m x 6.7m (65ft x 22ft), then good news! You do not require planning permission.
Tiny houses that fit within these dimensions and are constructed on trailer bases are legally classified as caravans, which means you can legally park them within the curtilage of your home without planning permission.
If this is your plan, then it is a legal requirement that you only use the tiny house as additional living space, like an office, a gym, or a studio, but you cannot rent out the space to a tenant.
