President John Dramani Mahama has reaffirmed his commitment to upholding the Free Senior High School (SHS) policy, assuring Ghanaians that his administration will continue its implementation.
Addressing Parliament during his State of the Nation Address on February 27, 2025, Mahama dispelled concerns about the policy’s future under his leadership.
“Let it be on record that I, President John Dramani Mahama, will not cancel Free SHS,” he declared, drawing cheers and applause from the Majority side in Parliament.
