THE average children’s birthday party costs £524, but that’s only for us normal folk.
In fact, Hollywood’s finest and the UK’s biggest names are splurging hundreds of thousands to celebrate their little ones’ years.

It’s well known that the Kardashian family hosts epic kids’ parties that most of us would dream of being invited to.
But they’re not the only ones putting on celebrations for the ages.
Some celebs are taking their tots to Buckingham Palace to celebrate the year ahead, while others are commissioning petting zoos and 20ft balloon arches.

Blue Ivy’s £632k Shindig
In April 2016, Beyoncé uploaded pictures of her daughter Blue Ivy’s fourth birthday party to her website.
It was rumoured to have cost £632,000 (USD$800,000), according to Wedded Wonderland.
The shindig was fairy themed.
It included whimsical tepees, plush couches, and a bow and arrow station. There were also fairy-lights and an array of faux flower decorations.

Insiders revealed at the time that the party was supposed to be held outside, but a shock downpour of rain meant that a last-minute clear marquee had to be arranged.
Every mini guest was able to choose from a wardrobe of designer fairy costumes with a rumoured value over £158,000.
Pictures of the party went viral at the time due to Blue Ivy arguably being one of the world’s most famous babies when she was born back in 2012.
She is now 13-years-old and has twin siblings, a sister named Rumi and a brother named Sir, aged seven.
Chicago’s £100k Hoedown
Chicago West, the third child of Kim Kardashian and Kanye West, celebrated her seventh birthday in style this week.
Mum-of-four Kim, 44, shared snaps from the hoedown with members of the Kardashian clan dressed in Western clobber.
There was a hat decorating stand, DJ booth, multiple balloon displays worth tens of thousands of pounds, a range of funfair stands and a pinata.
It’s rumoured that Kim Kardashian spends just shy of £100,000 on her children’s epic birthday parties, according to The Richest.

Kim’s other children are North, 11, Saint, nine, and Psalm, five.
Kim shared a series of snaps from the pink-heavy day on Instagram, including her hitting the pinata and of Chicago’s two outfits, one of which included a jewel-embellished shirt.
“Those kids are blessed,” one fan commented.
“The amount of money spent on these parties is sickening,” another said.
StormiWorld… x3 at £80k-a-pop
Kylie Jenner’s festival and funfair-themed first birthday for her daughter Stormi, now seven, was so epic that she ran it for another year… and then another.
Rumoured to have cost at least £80,000 on the first go, StormiWorld was a play on her dad Travis Scott’s 2018 album, AstroWorld.
A second rendition of the kids festival was hosted by Kylie, 27, again the following year for Stormi’s second birthday.
It included a Trolls room and Frozen room, after Stormi’s favourite film, and a claw machine full of plush Stormi faces.

She brought the concept back for a third time for Stormi’s fifth birthday in 2023.
The entrances for all three parties were inspired by Travis Scott’s Astroworld cover art, and was an inflatable head of Stormi in which guests walked through the mouth.
The parties also featured giant Astroworld-themed inflatable slides.
Kylie is longer in a relationship with 33-year-old Travis Scott, real name Jacques Bermon Webster II, but the pair also share son Aire, three.

Not-so-simple Life of Phoenix… with £80k parties
Just how great are your birthday parties when your mum is the heiress of Hilton Hotels and a noughties icon with an estimated £240 million net worth? Very great.
Paris Hilton, 44, had her first child, a son named Phoenix, via surrogate in January 2023. She welcomed daughter London in November that same year.
And if little Phoenix’s first bash is anything to go by, he’s got a lot to look forward to in the coming years.
The party was “under the sea themed” and complete with a petting zoo, 10ft tall balloon arches, a ball pit and a bouncy castle.

Kelly Osborne, YouTuber Desi Perkins, actress Selma Blair and make-up mogul Kat Von D were all there, alongside members of the uber influential Hilton clan.
“Sliving under the sea with Baby P for his first birthday!” Paris penned on Instagram after the party.
“A magical day for the most magical, smiley boy.”
If similar parties hosted by the Kardashian family are anything to go by, it’s likely that Paris spent around £80,000 on Phoenix’s first birthday festivities.
Harper’s Priceless Royal Festivities
Harper Beckham, 13, daughter of Posh and Becks, was invited to the princess tea party to end all princess tea parties for her sixth birthday.
Duchess of York Sarah Ferguson invited her and her friends to a tea party at Buckingham Palace in 2017.
Fergie hosted the party in ex-husband Prince Andrew’s private suite while the Queen was in Scotland.
And this celebration is so lavish you can’t put a price on it, given that invitation to one of the suites is strictly by invitation only.

A royal insider said: “It’s very surprising Fergie would host a celebrity party at Buckingham Palace.
“The Queen and Prince Philip are away in Scotland. He would never allow her to do something like this in the house when he was there — but the Queen still has a soft spot for her.
“I can’t remember an occasion when she actually hosted something at Buckingham Palace. So it’s an extraordinary situation, especially seeing there doesn’t appear to be a charity involved.”
A shot from the day showed Harper in a Cinderella outfit posing with Princess Eugenie, then aged 27, and another showed Becks hugging his only daughter in the palace courtyard.
Bambi’s £1.5k House Parties
Molly-Mae Hague, 25, might have an estimated net worth of £6 million, but her daughter Bambi’s birthday parties are a different kind of rich – they’re rich in family time.
Molly-Mae bakes her own cake the night before Bambi’s birthday every year, which is a tradition her own mum had when she was a child.
For the actual day, the mega-influencer simply hosts family and friends round her sprawling Cheshire mansion to celebrate.
Bambi’s second birthday last month saw the tot blowing out her candles surrounded by mum Molly-Mae, as well as her nan and great grandmother.

It wasn’t a far cry from her first set of humble birthday celebrations in January 2024.
Molly-Mae had a small spread on her kitchen island for family and friends to tuck into, complete with a grazing table and a number of baked goods with white icing.
However, from the clear and white balloons, to two snow white cakes and matching cupcakes – some felt that the colourless affair was a “boring” theme.
Judging by local bakeries and charcuterie businesses to Molly-Mae’s home, it’s likely that the mum–of-one spent at least £500 on the charcuterie board and over £1,000 on all the professionally made cakes and sweet treats.
Add that on to the average total cost for baking a cake from scratch being just under £12, Molly-Mae could have spent around £1,512 on Bambi’s first birthday spread.
