Bankrupt Katie Price flogs notorious £140k Barbie pink Range Rover for just £5k to aid £750k money woes

KATIE PRICE is flogging her notorious £140,000 Barbie pink Range Rover for just £5k amid her money woes.

The former glamour model, 46, who was declared bankrupt for a second time in March last year, had her Range Rover Sport appear online with a renowned car auctioneer.

And the motor has already clocked up bids before viewings take place.

Katie’s beloved motor was listed with Mathewsons, and sits on display at their Pickering auction house.

It has a guide price of between £5,000 and £6,000, despite the eyewatering six-figure sum she shelled out for it in 2005.

On their website, Mathewsons listed the vehicle as Lot 514 and described it as “Katie Price’s pink Range Rover Sport”, with a “custom build by Fantom costing £140,000”.

The car can be viewed between March 3 and 11, before it will be sold on March 13.

Her iconic Barbie pink wagon has clocked up 167,500 miles, according to the auctioneer, with paperwork including “a current MOT certificate, printed MOT history, and a newspaper article regarding the vehicle.”

Katie made headlines with her distinctive Range Rover on October 10, 2018.

The Sun revealed the reality star had spent 13 hours hauled up in a cell at Plumstead police station, after crashing it into a VW Golf and a hedge on a gated estate in Woolwich, south-east London.

She was banned from driving for three months in February 2019, after she was found guilty of being drunk in charge of her famous motor.

The auction comes as Katie still owes the taxman more than £750,000 after plunging into debt, following her second bankruptcy in March 2024.

She will be grilled in court over that bankruptcy on April 8.

The busty star was forced to sell her £2million ‘Mucky Mansion’ for a fraction of the price to offset some of her financial woes.

Katie has now moved into a new four-bed home in Sussex after bailiffs swooped on the property last May.

Last month, Katie had one of her two bankruptcies discharged, following a hearing at the Insolvency and Companies Court in London.

It was lifted by Insolvency and Companies Court Judge Sebastian Prentis.

Barrister Darragh Connell, representing the trustee of Price’s bankruptcies, said: “The public examination of the first bankruptcy can be formally concluded in open court.”

Bankruptcy orders typically end after a year in England and Wales but in Katie’s case, it was suspended.

Under the terms of the first bankruptcy order, Katie was ordered to pay 40 per cent of her monthly OnlyFans income to wipe her debts.

After she was declared bankrupt for a second time last March, she was told she must continue to pay money from OnlyFans to the trustee.

A public examination related to the second bankruptcy was adjourned until April 8.

Mr Connell said: “As to the second bankruptcy, the trustee’s position is that pursuant to information provided by Ms Price, the trustee has been undertaking inquiries with third parties.

“The outcome of those inquiries is not yet known.”

He continued: “It may well transpire to be the case that an application is made to suspend discharge for a limited period, but that is not before the court today.”

Katie was previously due to attend a public examination in August last year, but this was adjourned so she could attend a “private interview” over her finances.
