WWE has been present for quite some time, where countless wrestlers have stepped foot inside the ring, flaunted their physical prowess, and have been hailed as some of the toughest entertainers who would beat everyone into a pulp. In recent times, this title has been rocked by the Beast Incarnate, Brock Lesnar, who has been handpicked by God himself to become an unstoppable combat athlete.

This has been evident in his matches, as he singlehandedly dominates his opponents, taking them to Suplex City; the list includes the likes of John Cena, Roman Reigns, Seth Rollins, The Undertaker, and it goes on. However, there’s one name in entertainment wrestling who would even make Brock Lesnar appear meek.
That one tough superstar is none other than Haku, who is by far the cut above the rest and is by far the toughest man in WWE history.
Haku: The toughest wrestler in all of WWE history
Before Paul “Triple H” Levesque took charge of WWE, Vince McMahon hailed the label of making his wrestlers put on the gimmick of being a ‘tough guy.’ While most of the matches are storyline-driven, Haku’s reputation outshines the combat machine, Brock Lesnar, as he is quite different from what new-generation wrestling fans have watched on their television.

Haku made his debut in the World Wrestling Federation, now World Wrestling Entertainment; he instantly became a fan favorite and the one that struck fear in the hearts of his opponents. Though there are not too many titles to look at as he won the WWF Tag Team Championship only once with Andre the Giant.
However, that must not fool you because the 185 cm towering figure was a force to be reckoned with. He was more than a brawler, possessing exceptional technical skills with immense knowledge in sumo developed through years of experience.

Thus, making him an immovable figure in the squared circle. Combining the different elements of strength, agility, and in-ring prowess, enabled him to deliver powerful strikes and bone-shattering maneuvers with ease. As a result, it left his opponents bruised and battered.
But if raw strength can’t get the job done, then he can make his opponents tap out with his submission skills, making their time in the ring a living nightmare.
Haku’s lore adds to his ‘menacing’ reputation
What made the Tongan star an absolute hardcore figure in wrestling history is his stories from the locker room and beyond, proving how he is the only man who should not be messed with. One such instance is how he made Brutus Beefcake quit WWF for a very good reason.

OG viewers of WWE know how Beefcake had a soaring career in the company during the Hulkamania era but suddenly departed from the company. The reason? He pissed off the wrong man in the locker room, that man being Haku.
According to the legend, Brutus Beefcake filed a complaint with the management because Haku was too stiff during their match. Things escalated quickly because Haku was not happy with the complaint, going straight to Beefcake’s locker room and putting a chokehold on him while lifting him two feet off the ground.
Other wrestlers wanted to break the two but feared for their security. The two were finally separated when Hulk Hogan went forward and calmed him down enough to let his friend go.

Another instance of his toughness was testified by a non-wrestling fan, when he ticked off Haku at an airport bar, claiming that wrestling is ‘fake.’ This comment rubbed the wrestler the wrong way as he bit his nose off before he spat it out.
The action led to a brawl, where Haku and his drinking partner emerged victorious after the fight was settled. Though it resulted in a lawsuit, the Tongan King jokes about the incident to the present day. Hence, making him a much scarier figure than Brock Lesnar can ever be.
WWE RAW can be streamed on Netflix.
