Meghan Markle is like Doctor Who – she keeps reinventing herself but it’s a total DISASTER

MEGHAN Markle keeps “reinventing herself like Dr Who”, according to royal experts.

This comes as the Duchess of Sussex, 43, has announced the launch of As Ever – her new lifestyle brand which will sell jams, and tie in with her upcoming Netflix show.

Speaking on The Sun’s Royal Exclusive show, photographer Arthur Edwards spoke about how Meghan wanted to switch up her royal life after marrying Prince Harry.

He shared: “She wanted to go and live back in America.

“She wanted to commercialise her status as a being in the royal family, and she’s done it brilliantly.

“Now she’s had a hiccup now with the jam and the sign, but if it’s a success it’s alright.

“A lot of people, businessmen, start businesses and they fail and fail, but they carry on, eventually have a success.”

The legendary photographer shared that part of Meghan’s success so far has been how she handles any failure.

He explained: “Perhaps she will [be a success], because what she’s great at is presenting herself.

“Whatever the disaster, you never know it when she’s talking about it, it’s as though it’s just little thing we’ve got to deal with.

“You know, the fact that someone could sue her here and sue in her there doesn’t seem to worry.”

This follows Meghan’s new As Ever logo coming under fire for closely resembling the Coat of Arms of Porreres in Majorca.

The royal mum-of-two’s lifestyle brand had originally been called American Riviera Orchard, a nickname for where she grew up in Santa Barbara.

But this had sparked several trademark issues, as previously reported.

The Sun’s royal editor Matt Wilkinson added of Meghan: “She keeps reinventing herself, keeps remorphing, regenerating like Doctor Who.”

“It keeps coming back time after time after time with a new project or a new idea, or a new Instagram video or, you know, and then she sells it.”

The Duchess of Sussex has reinvented herself a number of times over the years, starting her early days in Hollywood as a Deal or No Deal suitcase girl.

Following this, her role on hit legal show Suits began in 2011 and she starred in 108 episodes until 2018 – the same year she tied the knot with Prince Harry.

Showrunner Aaron Korsh revealed to Radio 4 in 2017 that he had actually begun writing her character out after she started dating Harry.

He said: “I sort of had a decision to make because I didn’t want to intrude and ask her, ‘Hey, what’s going on? What are you going to do?’

“So, collectively the writers, we decided to take a gamble that these two people are in love and it’s going to work out.”

Now Meghan is now trying to break into the wellness world with her Netflix cooking show and As Ever[/caption]

In her royal role, Prince Harry and Meghan did a number of royal tours, including to Australia, and she became a patron of a number of charities, such as Smart Works.

After two years doing royal duties, Meghan and Harry stepped back and relocated to California, where they now live with Prince Archie, five, and Princess Lilibet, three, in a £12million Montecito mansion.

The couple have spent the last few years signing big deals with Netflix and Spotify.

However, they were slammed as being “f****** grifters” by a Spotify chief following their £18m Archetypes podcast being axed.

The couple were dropped from the streaming giant in 2023 following reports they did not meet “productivity requirements“.

Meghan’s new Netflix show, With Love, Meghan, will air on March 4, with her As Ever brand tying into the launch.

What do we know about Meghan Markle’s new cooking show, With Love, Meghan?

MEGHAN Markle’s new Netflix documentary trailer shows her cooking with Hollywood pals.

The Duchess of Sussex gave fans an insight into her show, With Love, Meghan, which airs soon.

There will be eight 33 minute episodes featuring a host of Meg’s various Hollywood friends trying her simple, yet “elevated”, food.

A montage of various clips in the nearly two-minute video showed Meghan walking through vegetable patches and fields.

She was also filmed browsing florists, hand-selecting beautiful flowers for table arrangements, showing off her creative side.

The Duchess even tried her hand at beekeeping, fully suited up, as she collected honey.

In the exciting new trailer, Meghan shared: “I’ve always loved taking something pretty ordinary and elevating it.

“Surprising people with moments that let them know I was really thinking of them.

“I’m going to share some little tips and tricks. I see what colour I gravitate to, and everything goes from there. And how you incorporate these practices every day.

“This is about connecting with friends… I love that we’re doing this together for the first time. Making new friends… and just learning.

“We’re not in the pursuit of perfection. We’re in the pursuit of joy. I have to get it totally wrong, to get it totally right.”

The trailer showcased many “candid” moments, from Meghan accidentally squeezing some lemon juice in her eye, to knocking freshly baked goodies off a plate.

Prince Harry featured at the end of the video, embracing his wife in a warm hug.
