GABBY Allen has shown off an incredible body transformation – and revealed the emotional reason she decided to make the drastic change.
The 33-year-old took to Instagram to share before and after snaps, opening up about being in a “very dark and sad place” before her first Love Island stint in 2017.
Gabby, who won this series of All Stars with boyfriend Casey O’Gorman, wrote: “The person on the left had been in a very dark and sad place.
“She’d lost her dad two weeks before her 21st birthday, gone through a heartbreak she thought would last forever, trained her whole life to be a dancer/performer and then graduated to have 0 confidence in herself.”
Gabby explained that she was working in fast food restaurant eating “two burgers a day” before she quit the UK, spending time in Malaysia, Thailand and Cambodia.
After returning home and shooting to fame on Love Island in 2017, Gabby became a qualified personal trainer and now runs her own fitness programme.
But it’s not just healthy eating and regular exercise that has helped with Gabby’s confidence.
Last year she revealed she’d gone under the knife for a second boob job after the first one ended up botched.
She said: “I am about to get my second boob job. I got a boob job in the first place because you probably saw on Love Island on national TV that I cried to millions of people about not feeling pretty enough.
“When I had the first boob job, it really did boost my confidence, I loved them, it made me feel more me and then I ruined them. You are not supposed to work out for six weeks after.
“So I am getting a second boob job because the first one I had three years ago, hands up it’s my fault, I worked out too soon.”
Gabby and Casey have revealed how they’ll spend their All Stars winnings after scooping the £50,000 prize.
Following their victory the couple appeared on The Morning After podcast to speak to host and series five star Amy Hart.
Amy, 31, said: “You’re about to have a little windfall into your bank – fifty grand, twenty five grand each, what are you going to spend it on?”
Gabby replied: “I didn’t even know that was a thing until just now! I didn’t know that’s what you won.”
Amy quizzed: “Did they ask for your bank details, like, ‘we’ll transfer you’.”
A stunned Gabby said: “Yeah! It was literally that.”
Revealing their plans for the winnings, Casey – who appeared as a bombshell on series nine and the first All-Stars spin-off before his late entrance this year – said: “We’ve got to go away.
“Somewhere nice. I think we’ll go to the Maldives.”
Happy with her man’s answer, Gabby nodded and added: “Sexy.”
