AFTER getting back her wedding day photos, one woman realised her mother-in-law’s strange behaviour was captured during a pivotal moment.
The bride explained the different ways the groom’s mum attempted to ruin her special day.

Posting on the Reddit group Wedding Shaming, one unnamed user shared a photo from her wedding.
Making sure to keep faces out of the image, she used it to illustrate her mother-in-law’s bizarre carry on during the ceremony.
As well as her attention-seeking behaviour, the older woman wore a dress to match.
“Flashback to when my mother-in-law wore this to our wedding,” the poster wrote.
And if you thought you had a monster-in-law, this woman’s actions will have you hugging your husband’s mum the next time you see her.
The older woman can be seen wearing a floor-length white gown, which along with the bouquet she is holding in the image made her look like a second bride.
And according to the Reddit user, one feature of the dress made it all the worse.
“You could also see her purple thong underwear through the material,” she explained.
And if that wasn’t bad enough, the woman also decided to insert herself into the most intimate part of the ceremony.
After being declared husband and wife, the couple embraced each other for their first kiss.
But while their friends and family who surrounded them celebrated the moment, the groom’s mother made a strange move.
And it was even captured forever in the newly weds’ album dedicated to the big day.
The image shows the woman standing to the left of the pair as they shared a kiss.
“See her hand reaching out! This was during the kiss when she grabbed him so she could kiss him,” the bride explained.
And while people were shocked by the woman’s behaviour, the poster revealed it was completely in character for her.

According to the Reddit user, she has set out to upstage her other daughters-in-law before.
“She wore white to one other sister-in-law’s wedding too,” she revealed.
“The third sister-in-law, she approved of so she wore purple.”
She went on to share that her mother-in-law is no longer in their lives “for many reasons”.
Reddit users shared their thoughts on the wedding picture in the comments section.
“Came here to say ‘that possessive paw’. It’s so common! Absolutely nuts,” wrote one reader.
“Why the hell do mothers of sons do this? Do they think they are psychologically marrying their own son? It is so creepy,” said another person.
